Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Antioch University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help children, adolescents and young adults struggling with peer-related and family issues process and increase healthy communication in their relationships. I help Parents/Caregivers cope with stressors associated with parenting and support them in implementing appropriate boundaries and engage in effective communication skills.

Working with children and families has provided me with the ability to adjust and collaborate with you to develop a plan to address the difficulties being faced and engage in a plan that leads to measurable progress.

In our first session together, I would love to hear about you and then dive into the specific challenges that you are facing. This will help me create a plan with you that will can lead us on the right path to supporting you in exploring and reducing the challenges you are facing.

I love working with children and adolescent who are struggling with peer and family issues. My clients are open to making change and engaging better with their peers and their families. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about school, their friends or engaging in communication with their parents.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I am CBT trained and utilize CBT to support my clients with Depression and BDD

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I am trained in ERP and utilize this to support my clients with OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Panic Disorder, Depression (using Behavior Activation) and BFRBs (Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors)
