Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the Central Valley in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Fresno and have been practicing for approximately 9 years. I work primarily with adults who are struggling with life changes and transitions to help them cope with these stressors and factors contributing to their stress.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

As we get to know each other, we'll start with brief introductions, expectations you may have of me as your provider and therapy in general, then dive into the specific goals you are hoping to achieve during our time together. Together, we will work on developing a plan that will suite your needs and address them in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Throughout my career, I have worked with different populations including young children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families and feel that I have strengthened skills that can assist you in recognizing what may be contributing to your symptoms. I am passionate about working with people and am always open to learning about different ways to support those in need.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with young professionals and students, especially those who are first generation, who are struggling with adjusting to a changes. Those I serve are ready to work on themselves, but might not have the tools or confidence yet in making their goals a reality. They often feel lost, stressed, and anxious about the next steps/goals in their lives.
