Welcome! I'm Michelle Lindsay. I’m a seasoned mental health professional who genuinely loves helping adolescents and adults overcome obstacles, discover their strengths, and move from simply getting by to truly thriving. Through my practice, Emerge and Become, I offer a warm, encouraging, and collaborative approach that helps you build confidence, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change. I especially enjoy helping people navigate worry, feeling overwhelmed, and the many transitions life brings—from the challenges of adolescence and launching into adulthood to empty nesting, menopause, relationships and other seasons of change and disrupting life events. I believe these transitions, while sometimes difficult, can become opportunities for growth, renewed purpose, and exciting new possibilities. I also have a passion for helping individuals navigate substance use and make lasting changes that support the life they want to live. Whether you’re working to break self-defeating patterns, manage life’s challenges, or find a new direction, I believe in meeting you where you are, building on your strengths, and helping you move forward with confidence and hope. With decades of experience helping people through life’s challenges, I believe you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin moving forward. Sometimes, the most meaningful growth starts with discovering what’s possible. If you’re ready to reconnect with your strengths, approach life with greater confidence, and emerge into the person you want to become, I invite you to take the next step and begin therapy. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and learn how we can work together toward meaningful change.

Hi, I'm Jordan. I'm an avid hiker, gardener, and mother. I love being outdoors as much as my life will allow it, which varies a lot day to day. Over the past few years I've found a passion in working with OCD, PTSD, and related diagnoses with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe it's important to identify areas where we avoid and hold ourselves back and make sure we are approaching them more openly before we box ourselves in too deeply. I am trained in ERP, DBT skills and DBT-PE (Prolonged Exposure), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a therapist I aim to find a balance between meeting everyone where they're at as well as challenging them to identify their barriers and get out of their comfort zones.

Hey! I'm glad that you are looking to get therapy. Here are some things to know about me while making you decision on what works well for you. I come from a military life style allowing me to travel the world and see all kinds of cultures. Because of this I see value in everyone. I believe in getting results in therapy. I want to see people change as fast as they want to or are willing to. So I give things to practice in every session. I believe in poly vagal theory and teach clients to release emotions from there nervous system not just cope with it. I often say I consider myself more of a trainer than therapist sometimes. I also help a lot with attachment struggles. I hope this gives you enough info about me to feel comfortable working with me. I am also very flexible with how I work with people.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Hi there, I'm Farah Ali. I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of. My Core Principles as a Therapist: Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life. Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life. Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth. Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.

I specialize in working with anxieties, depression, trauma, as well as with teens and parents. I’ve worked with kids most of my life in one form or another doing therapy, mentoring, and teaching English abroad. Whatever is bothering you I’m here to help. LGBTQ friendly. Whatever it is, let me help you, and if there’s something I don’t have the proper expertise in then I also have no problem admitting that and directing you to someone who can help so that you don’t have to waste your time.

I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns. Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.

Jerry grew up in the Midwest and had a former career as a federal wildland fire crew and EMT on municipal ambulances. He has since lived in five states and now calls Ogden home. EMDR, and Somatic therapies reconnects us with ourselves and releases trauma stored in our body. “As a therapist I am not afraid to walk through the hell of your wounds of fear, shame, and guilt because underneath all this there is an amazing person.” Many of us swim in anxiety, although the real confusion often comes in when you feel calmness and peace for the first time. Specialized in PTSD Jerry also helps with depression, anxiety and ADHD. I enjoy experiential therapy instead of talking in a loop. With experiential you feel and heal unfinished business(anxiety an trauma) in your nervous system. We will address different parts/dialogues in your thought patterns. Brainspotting(EMDR) which is difficult to explain, although most people report as the most profound healing they have had. Jerry is also trained in healing trauma through feeling into your authentic self prior to the trauma. While it is true that these therapies are intensive, we can also intensively feel into your calmness, connection, creativity, and clarity. Therapy should feel uncomfortable at times but never retraumatizing.

In addition to my work with individuals, I have a deep commitment to helping couples strengthen their relationships. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. Using this method, I assist couples in navigating and healing from betrayals, enhancing their communication, and fostering a deeper connection. Witnessing couples transform their relationships and rediscover trust and intimacy is incredibly rewarding. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about self-care and mindfulness. I often incorporate these practices into my therapy sessions, empowering clients to develop their own self-care routines. I believe that a holistic approach to mental health, which includes attention to physical, emotional, and mental well-being, is essential for achieving lasting positive change. Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help my clients build resilience, find balance, and lead fulfilling lives. By providing a supportive and empathetic space, I strive to guide my clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
