Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. As a Christian, my faith plays an important role in the way I view people and relationships. I believe every person has value, purpose, and the ability to grow through life’s experiences. I genuinely love people and feel honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, clarity, confidence, and positive change in their lives.

I’m someone who understands how overwhelming it can feel to be caught in life’s in-between space, whether it’s the end of a relationship, the shift in a friendship, or the uncertainty of what comes after graduation. I work with adults who are often relied upon by others but sometimes struggle to support themselves. As a therapist and thought partner, I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity into our work. I believe therapy is a place where you can take off the mask, slow down, and reconnect with who you are outside of expectations and pressure. My role is to walk alongside you as you process the past, make sense of where you are now, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again. Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it! I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, and challenges with emotional regulation, especially when patterns feel overwhelming or hard to change. I’m trained in several evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows me to tailor therapy to your specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. In our work together, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel understood and not judged. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, whether you’re processing past experiences, learning new coping skills, or working toward deeper emotional healing. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy to adults seeking emotional stability, personal growth, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supporting clients in building emotional awareness, psychological flexibility, and resilience. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrative, combining talk therapy with hands-on, skills-based interventions that clients can actively practice both in and outside of session. Treatment focuses on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, values-based decision-making, and healthier interpersonal functioning. I believe therapy is most effective when it is structured, supportive, and empowering. I work closely with clients to identify treatment goals, increase emotional insight, and develop practical tools that help them manage overwhelming emotions, reduce reactivity, and respond more intentionally to life’s challenges. Clients often describe my style as direct, compassionate, and focused on real-world application. I am a licensed independent practice-level clinical social worker. I have a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work DCSW. I have dedicated my career to working in behavioral health treatment. I have worked within the Department of Defense Schools in Europe and Asia. I have worked with Active Duty members, Veterans and their families. Prior to joining the Civil Service, I practiced mental health within the civilian community, my focus there was substance abuse, domestic violence and and a variety of mental health issues working with adolescents and adults. My strongest ability lies in helping a client identify strengths and weaknesses while guiding them to identify goals and interventions that will work specifically for them. The most challenging part of therapy is believing it will make a difference. The best way to overcome that hurdle is to see successful outcomes. Clinical experience has taught me that if you are willing to do the work, you will see results. Using the appropriate interventions, combined with mutual openness, respect and trust will enable you to overcome obstacles and achieve goals you didn't believe possible. Through years of dedicated work with all age groups, life experiences and extremely challenging circumstances, I have developed a strong sense of commitment in creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness and growth.

Hi! My name is Vyvian Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Mexico and Texas. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care, shaped by years of supporting people across the lifespan as they navigate what life has been brewing. Serving in the U.S. Navy as a Master‑at‑Arms has helped me understand service members, veterans, and their families whether it’s the tension that builds from deployments, the stress of switching between civilian and military life, or the pressure to keep everything together. It also taught me the importance of having a space where you don’t have to be “on” all the time. As a Vietnamese American with parents who came to the U.S. as refugees after the Vietnam War part of the generation often referred to as “boat people” I grew up with a close view of cultural transitions, intergenerational patterns, and the strength it takes to rebuild in a new place. That perspective helps me support families who are newly arriving or adjusting to a new country with understanding and respect. Tea Time Therapy grew from the idea that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. Like a good cup of tea, it often needs warmth, time, and a space that feels steady enough to settle into. My style is warm, straightforward, and lightly humorous enough to ease tension without taking away from the work. You don’t need perfect words or a polished story. You just need a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll take it one sip at a time.

You're likely here because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or carrying the heavy weight of past experiences. Maybe you are navigating the tough transition from a career of service back to the civilian world, or perhaps you are simply exhausted trying to balance the demands of work, home, and your own well-being. On the outside, you might be keeping it together, but on the inside, you are looking for a way to finally catch your breath. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients. Having worked in a variety of high-intensity environments—including residential substance abuse programs, forensic settings, and with at-risk youth, first responders, and veterans—I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to our sessions. I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). These aren't just about talking in circles; they are proven methods to help your brain actually process stuck memories and reframe the heavy narratives holding you back. My ideal clients are those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Healing isn't a passive process, and if you are open to trying new strategies and committed to your own growth, we will make an incredible team in building your own shield of strength.

Welcome to my profile! Thank you for taking that step of courage to seek the healing you deserve! I am Delores Mayen, LCSW/LMSW-C. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and Michigan. I provide Christian faith-based therapy to adults who face challenges with anxiety, childhood-trauma/sexual abuse, adult trauma, abuse, relationship building and just the currents involved when navigating through this thing called life. I also work with young adults, single-mothers, women with families, and men who experienced sexual abuse. I have experience working in the mental health field for over 10 years and have been providing clinical therapy services for 7 years. I am passionate about this field because I believe that everyone deserves healing in all areas of their life and that a diagnosis or challenge does not define a person. I offer faith-based Christian therapy to all of my potential clients. I found this to be the most effective method of treatment I have ever implemented in practice. I worked with clients who have made remarkable progress and found hope when engaging in this faith-based practice. I will be more than happy to work with anyone who is open to trying faith-based Christian therapy, as I can guarantee they will not be disappointed. Spirituality from diverse religious beliefs and practices from around the world, are widely accepted when addressing healing in the mental health field. However, it is unfortunate that Christian-faith based therapy, is a priceless gem that has been overlooked in the healing sector of mental health. I am here, as a clinician to offer that gem for the benefit and wellness of potential clients, who would like to experience everlasting healing. Please feel free to reach out and schedule to speak with me to learn more about the services I provide. Delores Mayen, LMSW/LCSW

I’m Phillip, a therapist dedicated to helping people grow a life they can feel proud of—often while navigating heavy pressure. I do this work to express my passion for supporting others as they untangle complex expectations and cultivate a value-fueled, authentic life. I understand first hand the struggle to 'be successful' while also exploring the answers to 'who am I?' As the son of Chinese immigrants from Mexico, raised in Mississippi, I personally understand the challenge of living between cultures and the "liminal spaces" where identity can feel uncertain.

Who do you go to when life hurts? What do you do when problems arise? Where do you go when the stigma of traditional counseling is not an option? I am here to assist you with online and traditional counseling. I counsel individuals, couples, and families. I have been in private practice since September 1999. I believe that each of us has the ability to heal our hurts through forgiveness and the mending of our broken hearts. Some of the issues that I work with are substance abuse, depression, forgiveness, anger, relationship issues, sexual assault, domestic violence, PTSD, and career choices.

You don't have to face your thoughts and emotions alone. Peace is possible, no matter your circumstances. Often, our perceptions cause more distress than reality itself—our thoughts, not our situation, can be the scariest part. As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based tools proven effective in research and in my work with clients. By shifting thoughts and behaviors, we can transform your life and relationships. You don't have to remain a prisoner to unhelpful thinking—there are ways through it. CBT helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship struggles, and more. I'd be honored to support you in creating meaningful change.

Hi, I'm Julie Este-McDonald — a Licensed Professional Counselor, Executive Coach, and doctoral candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology who researches burnout. I'm passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with who they are beneath the weight of everything they've been carrying. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, PTSD, life transitions, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly holding it all together. I have a particular heart for women — and especially Black women — who are managing the layered demands of high achievement, caregiving, leadership, and everything in between. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-aware, meaning I pay close attention not just to what you're experiencing, but to how your history has shaped the way you move through the world. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you examine the thought patterns influencing how you see yourself and others, and I bring warmth, honesty, and practical tools to every session. For clients who want faith to be part of the conversation, I'm also equipped to hold that space. With a post-graduate certificate in Pastoral Counseling, I support clients integrating spirituality into their healing — as well as those deconstructing or reimagining their relationship with faith altogether, including those navigating religious trauma. Whether you're brand new to therapy or returning to go deeper, my goal is simple: to create a space where you feel safe, genuinely seen, and supported in building a life that feels as good on the inside as it may already look on the outside.

LIFE be LIFING… From the outside, you’re holding it together—but inside, you’re exhausted and running on empty. Your mind won’t slow down, your emotions feel heavy, and you’re just trying to get through the day. You may even be experiencing compassion fatigue—giving so much to others that there’s nothing left for you. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. I help you move out of survival mode, gain clarity, and feel more grounded, calm, and in control. I’m a compassionate and direct therapist who believes healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, compassion fatigue, relationship challenges, and overwhelming life stressors. My approach is practical, supportive, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves while building healthier coping skills, emotional balance, and stronger boundaries. I strive to create a space where clients can show up authentically, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.
