Hi there, I'm Brian.
Do you miss feeling on track and working towards your goals? Are you not connecting with those you felt close to, such as your best friends, significant other, or family? Do things just feel a bit off and you need some guidance to get back to being "you"?
I meet the client in their environment and empower them to help themselves. A holistic approach to therapy is used, pulling from several different therapeutic beliefs. Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. I look forward to speaking with you.

Healing begins when you have a safe place to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover new ways forward. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with their own wellbeing.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to gain insight into how past experiences influence their current relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Whether you are struggling with difficult family dynamics, people-pleasing, boundary setting, self-confidence, chronic stress, or navigating a significant life change, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.

Hello Friend and welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my a thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards to which I uphold in every session with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of that box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it using a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life experiences a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', which feels like anxiousness, fatigue, and perhaps sadness; as if our unique threshold has been completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though if comes with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold of your wellbeing and you stay stuck there, feeling uncomfortable, which interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and you are left in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
Respectfully, Monica Pina

I’m a licensed mental health therapist with 5 years of experience specializing in trauma, self-care, and healthy boundaries. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings: including jails, methadone clinics, and mental health agencies, giving me a broad understanding of different populations and their unique challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, playing my Nintendo Switch, and binge-watching Netflix documentaries. I’m also a proud dog mom to Lucky, my 3 year old Yorkshire Terrier who brings so much joy to my life.
I am passionate about doing something that matters in the world with the skills I have and I choose to focus that passion on the relationships I have with my clients. I want to understand my client's perspective, life, and motivation and even help them discover those things for themselves. I do this through conversations that help us build trust and explore thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I also focus on tangible solutions when possible, as well as emotional management and skill building. In the simplest terms, I want to be someone who can listen without judgement and care without expectation.

🧭 // APPROACH
Your holistic transformation starts now.
Clients consistently praise my empathy, perceptiveness, practical guidance, and measurable improvements they experience, with one noting: "Tim is empathetic and encouraging. I'm on session 7 seeing improvements. 10/10."
Therapy should feel like a cozy tea-time chat in your living room, creating a safe space where intimacy and authentic connection flourish naturally.
I bring a holistic, modern approach rooted in CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, supporting individuals through dating, marriage, or healing from the past. I tailor my approach to your unique story, helping you find peace, reconnect, and build lasting relationships, whether you're feeling distant, unheard, or weighed down by the past.
🙏 // GRACE POLICY
Please respect my 15-minute wait policy. Sessions don't always start exactly on time due to back-to-back appointments.
More than likely, I will be in the waiting room once you join, in a session, transitioning the prior client with grace, before I prepare for you.
As clients can be a few minutes late without issue, practitioners deserve similar grace.
🧘🏽♀️ // SERVICE & CARE BOUNDARIES
I DO NOT provide docs (e.g., dr. notes, signatures, letters) for lawsuits, legal cases, work accommodations, emotional support animals, or leave requests, this includes FMLA, unemployment, lawsuits, etc. If that's a need, i'm not your fit.
Furthermore, I don't tolerate any disrespect or intentional and malicious transference towards me in session. I am here to process your bad days and equip you with the perspective, tools, and frameworks to navigate them, not receive the brunt of them. I will abruptly stop a session in which I feel threatened, disrespected, or abused and report the client to Growth Therapy (or law enforcement). My work is my livelihood and passion. I will protect it and myself.
You're likely here because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or carrying the heavy weight of past experiences. Maybe you are navigating the tough transition from a career of service back to the civilian world, or perhaps you are simply exhausted trying to balance the demands of work, home, and your own well-being. On the outside, you might be keeping it together, but on the inside, you are looking for a way to finally catch your breath.
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients. Having worked in a variety of high-intensity environments—including residential substance abuse programs, forensic settings, and with at-risk youth, first responders, and veterans—I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to our sessions.
I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). These aren't just about talking in circles; they are proven methods to help your brain actually process stuck memories and reframe the heavy narratives holding you back. My ideal clients are those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Healing isn't a passive process, and if you are open to trying new strategies and committed to your own growth, we will make an incredible team in building your own shield of strength.

Kind greetings to you! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with Supervisor status (LPC-S) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas RGV and have been practicing for 10 years. I have over 15 years of mental health experience. I help clients who are experiencing anxiety, grief, and depression to find ways to overcome their obstacles and find their best selves.
I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
It can feel like addiction is writing your story, but it doesn't have to! We all have the strength to learn how to work with our brain and not let it have all the control. My goal is to help you hone the skills needed to find that strength and to help begin writing the story of the life that you have always envisioned for yourself.
Using skills from DBT, Attachment Theory, Nervous System Training, and Solution Focused therapy I make it my goal to help people navigate the stressors that come with life whether big or small.
My specialties include, but are not limited to: substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and trauma.
Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or tired of being "the strong one"? I help high-functioning adults and couples struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are used to holding everything together for others while feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected inside. If you have been holding everything together for everyone else, it can start to feel like you've lost yourself in the process. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with experience in both crisis and private practice settings, which allows me to stay grounded and effective even when things feel overwhelming. My work focuses on helping you move out of survival mode and into a more balanced, intentional, and connected way of living.
Hello, I'm Priscilla Marie Silva, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can work together to address challenges, explore emotions, and develop practical strategies for better mental health. My goal is to help you navigate life’s ups and downs, understand yourself more deeply, and build resilience for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work primarily with adults navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with trust, self-worth, and emotional connection. A central focus of my work is helping clients identify, explore, and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we explore how early experiences and core beliefs influence the way you view yourself and others, respond to challenges, make decisions, and navigate relationships and daily life. My goal is to help you move beyond simply understanding these patterns to making meaningful, lasting changes that align with who you want to be.
Depending on your individual needs, I draw from CBT, DBT skills, ACT strategies, schema work, and attachment-based or relational approaches to support greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting behavioral change.
Hello, I’m Jessi.
The world can be an overwhelming place. Between doing normal daily tasks to attempting to reach your goal and dreams, it may seem too exhausting or daunting. When navigating your life you do not have to do it alone or without help. That is where I can step in and help guide you. Imagine me as your co-pilot on this journey. I truly believe you are an expert of yourself. Even experts can use assistance.
I work with clients by incorporating evidence-based modalities in therapeutic counseling, yoga, meditation, and creative mindfulness to create a compassionate and secure space where you are able to flourish in your journey toward self-realization and authenticity.

I love it when clients share resources with me that have helped them outside of sessions, whether that be podcasts, books, etc. I work to incorporate these things into treatment. Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. With nine years of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working extensively in a mental health clinic. My journey as a therapist has been deeply rewarding, allowing me to assist individuals in overcoming challenges and fostering positive change in their lives. I am passionate about providing empathetic and evidence-based counseling to help clients navigate their emotional struggles and find resilience amidst difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly express your concerns, and together, we can collaboratively work towards your mental and emotional well-being. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults who are trying to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I’m especially drawn to working with people who have spent a lot of time questioning themselves, putting others’ needs before their own, or feeling disconnected from who they are and what they want. My work often centers around developing self-trust, creating healthier relationships, strengthening boundaries, and feeling more secure and confident in yourself. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what’s really going on without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. We can slow things down, explore what may be underneath the patterns you’re experiencing, and make sense of how your past experiences and current relationships may be influencing the way you see yourself and move through the world.
Many people reach a point where they know something needs to change, but aren’t quite sure what that change looks like. You may be navigating a transition, questioning whether your relationships reflect what you truly want, struggling to trust your own decisions, or simply feeling unlike yourself. Sometimes the hardest part is knowing that the way you’ve been coping isn’t working anymore, while not yet knowing what to do instead. My goal is to help you develop a clearer understanding of yourself and the life you want to create. I’m not here to tell you who to be or what choices to make.
