Hello, my name is Sofiely M. Franco, LPC, LMHC. I’m a therapist who shows up as my full, real self. Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and understood in a way they haven’t experienced before. I keep things simple, but we go deep. My style is honest, grounded, and real. I provide therapeutic support for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to face it alone. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and steady space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to heal.
My background shaped my strength, my compassion, and my heart for this work. I know what it’s like to navigate hard environments and still carry big dreams. I believe you can honor where you come from while also creating growth and change in your life.
My approach is laid-back and personal. I aim to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I value cultural humility and believe your background, identity, and lived experiences matter deeply.
Welcome to my profile.
As an LPC licensed in the state of Texas I am committed to helping Texans work towards living their best lives. Having personally experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and starting over, I can empathize and walk side-by-side with you moving forward. You are not alone.
Each day we are given new opportunities and challenges. My work focuses on encouraging you and helping you recognize all the forces that impact your environment.
From there, we can discover many tools that you can use to build healthier relationships, balance your life and find the inner strength to work towards achieving your personal goals. You have taken a great first step. I believe in you.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling from Amberton University and have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years. Therapeutic focus involves helping my clients identify their current struggles, obstacles & any negative thinking/behavior patterns that are keeping them stuck. The goal is to help them develop better coping strategies, which leads to decreasing their anxiety level, increased ability to better manage their stressors and improve their overall mental health. I have experience in the specialized field of dealing with First Responders and their family members.
I offer telehealth counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed principles, and person-centered care. I help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to regulate distress, improve communication, and increase self-awareness. For clients navigating trauma or relational wounds, I prioritize stabilization and emotional safety before engaging in deeper processing.
I strive to balance warmth with thoughtful directness. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, yet client-paced. I work alongside clients to clarify their goals, strengthen coping strategies, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier relational patterns. My focus is not only symptom reduction but sustainable growth that extends beyond the therapy room.
Above all, I aim to create a steady, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I am honored to be able to assist others with challenges throughout life and I have been counseling clients for 22 years. I have worked with trauma, and criminal justice issues as well as parenting challenges. I am experienced in LGBTQ+ struggles, Parenting Coordination, Play Therapy, Parenting Skills, and I am a Divorce Mediator and worked for Children's Protective Services.
I am trauma focused and I believe trauma colors our behaviors and our future self. I use Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy to explore past trauma that is affecting your life. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change those thinking errors that are interfering with your judgment and behaviors.
My clients will be served by me on a weekly basis through the convenience of telehealth. Together we will identify goals and objectives to meet so you can begin to improve your symptoms, your mental health, and your life. For Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I will work with you for 12 sessions with Cognitive Processing Theory . Most clients see progress in the first 4-5 sessions.

Since the days of pigtails, I’ve been pulled by this strong force to access wisdom and connect with something higher than this tangible world. This gnawing passion has led me to study the power of the mind and how to create what our souls truly desire.
I’ve been blessed to study ancient technologies such as yoga and breathwork and am so passionate about sharing simple tools to effect real change.
I was trained in counseling at University of North Texas, receiving my Masters in Education. My favorite courses were transpersonal counseling and stress reduction through movement. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and have currently been practicing for 7 years.
I’m also a certified yoga teacher and trained at the Shri Kali ashram in India. The types of yoga I teach focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system to release the whole self from the ever vigilant fight or flight mode a lot of us find ourselves in on a constant basis to survive in this modern culture.
In the therapy session, my main intent is to be fully present with you, free of judgment; to Become a spacious environment in which you can explore your own truth and start to shed the layers that no longer serve.

Hello Friend! Welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my own thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards I uphold with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of the box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it with a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life may experience a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', or even anxiousness, fatigue, sadness; as if our unique threshold is completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though, with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold to what feels comfortable, interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and leaves us in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
My journey began as a young child whose home was a host of struggles. I have personal insight into what we all experience. Inspired by a helper, I became a psychotherapist, worked in clinical setting, garnered a vast amount of knowledge which helps me to specialize using various modalities of treatment. As a psychotherapist, I hold a high standard for myself and clients, which includes helping those dealing w/depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, chronic health and other issues.
Together, we'll identify what's not working, find solutions you may use to form goals without rescripting your life. Respectfully, Monica Pina

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My career has taken me through many roles—serving on community mental health boards, directing psychiatric residential programs, and leading clinical teams—all with one goal: to support people in living fuller, healthier, and more connected lives.

I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take it alone. If you’re ready to begin creating positive changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to explore my website and see how we might work together.
