I have been in private practice for 7 years. I have been in the mental health field in varying capacities for over 20 years. I have a therapy dog named Jacoby, who clients seem to really enjoy having in session. I am working on creating a space to incorporate other animals such as goats, chickens, donkeys, horses, and a cow into sessions for clients who so choose to access this. I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I have taken some steps along a deconstruction journey in an effort to support individuals of the global majority and create a safe space for these individuals as well.
Howdy!
My name is "Pete" Peters.
I have 36 years of experience in the field of behavioral health and have been counseling for 30 of those years.
I love working with clientele who see the possibility of change and are willing to take calculated risks to see that positive change actually takes place.
Anything worth while takes effort...
I am interested in helping those who are willing to make the right sacrifices to make positive change happen.
I am a very passionate therapist who has been counseling individuals since the year 2000. I am animated and authentic. I am dedicated to my clients and their healing. There is nothing more beautiful than watching people transform their lives from dysfunctional to functional and then to extraordinary. I feel honored that I get to do this very important work.
Hello, my name is HOLLI, I came into this field to provide others with the comfort and support they need to overcome past and current trauma. I have thirteen years' experience in the field and worked with families and couples for 8 of the thirteen years. Providing clients with a nonjudgmental space and empathic listening is of most importance. It is important to meet others where they are and provide them the comfort and support to move through their own journey. I myself come from a long history of trauma and I am here to help. I offer a wide range of therapy modalities, coping skills and techniques to help process through history of events and ongoing stress that may continue to impact us daily.

Hi, I'm Elena. I've been a therapist for 13 years, and a person navigating the world for much longer. Of course, in this context, the therapist part is the important part, but I want you to know that I am an empathetic and compassionate person first and foremost, which greatly influences my style of therapy. The things that made me an sensitive kid now make me a patient, dedicated therapist, with the important addition of boundaries and balance. I greatly enjoy the process of building a sturdy relationship with each client so they can be seen, heard, and supported. I take this role very seriously and put great care into showing up for my clients with kindness, trustworthiness, and solidarity.
I have a background in clinical social work. From the time I began studying social work, its philosophy resonated deeply with me: it is client-centered and strengths-based with an emphasis on dignity for all, regardless of background or identity. These are challenging times to be someone who cares about people, but I proudly do my best to be welcoming and inclusive. These are points of pride and strength, not weakness.

Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who helps women feel like themselves again when life transitions, relationships, work, or major changes leave them feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from who they are.
I specialize in supporting women and people whose experiences are shaped by womanhood as they navigate life's transitions, changing relationships, career challenges, and shifts in identity. My practice is intended to be an affirming and supportive space for clients seeking care centered on these experiences.
Having navigated difficult seasons and life transitions of my own, I understand that healing and change are not simply things we learn about—they are experiences we live through. My professional training and clinical experience guide my work, while my own life experiences have deepened my understanding of how change can challenge our sense of identity, test our resilience, and require us to find our way forward in unexpected ways.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. I have been practicing for about 5 years now, but have worked in the mental health field for 8 years. I will support you in developing skills and different ways of thinking that you can use to navigate through daily life challenges and experiences you may encounter.
Everyone deserves a journey of self-healing and self-discovery. In fact, allowing yourself to blossom is the avenue to experiencing self-love and meaningful connections with others.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years, but started researching and seeking methods of healing since my early teens. I attended the University of California, San Diego, followed by Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, studying Clinical Psychology, Critical Gender Studies, and Transpersonal Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EFT Practitioner.
I have experience assisting individuals with a range of issues including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, addictions, end of life issues, and issues related to discrimination and marginalization. I am an experienced therapist, supervisor, and group facilitator in various settings. Hello, it's nice to meet you! My name is Pamela and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Joseph's University and my master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I have extensive experience working in a variety of mental health treatment settings that include residential, outpatient, and University counseling services. My goal as a therapist is to empower every client to see their true potential. I want to support clients in recognizing and building on their strengths and regaining a sense of hope and control in their lives, so that they can go on to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. I realize that seeking help can be overwhelming and difficult; however the results can be life-changing, and I am here to guide and support you on your journey!
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.

Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth.
I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.
Hi, I’m Kristina. I’m a licensed therapist who takes a relational, trauma-informed approach to healing. My work integrates evidence-based practices—including CBT and mindfulness-based strategies—with thoughtful insight to help clients move out of survival mode and into greater self-trust and stability.
I believe therapy should be both practical and transformative. Our sessions are a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and build tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or relationship challenges, we’ll work collaboratively to understand what’s shaped your story and develop new ways of responding with clarity and confidence.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and direct. I bring compassion and humor into the room while also offering honest feedback and actionable strategies. You can expect to feel supported — and gently challenged — in ways that foster growth.
My goal is to help you feel more at home within yourself and empowered to build a life aligned with your values, not your past pain.
Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity.
Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported.
In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.
Most people don't need more advice. They need clarity.
I'm Josh, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience helping adults cut through the noise — the overthinking, the emotional cycles, the stuck feeling that tells you something has to change. My approach is direct and practical: we figure out what's actually going on, build a concrete plan, and get to work.
Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a rough stretch, or just ready to operate differently, I'll give you real tools — not just a space to vent. If you're ready to move, so am I.

Treatment is individualized based on each client’s history, strengths, needs, and goals and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Positive Psychology, and attachment-based approaches.
By combining structured, evidence-based interventions with a flexible, collaborative, and client-centered approach, Nastassja seeks to address concerns with both compassion and precision. Her goal is not only to help clients experience symptom relief, but also to develop greater insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and make intentional, values-driven decisions that support meaningful and fulfilling lives. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
I specialize in working with men who struggle with self-esteem, relationships difficulties, motivation issues, social anxiety, ADHD, depression, and parenting issues. The clients I work with generally fall into 3 groups of people.
The 1st struggles with self-esteem, social anxiety, some difficulties with forming healthy relationships, sensitivity to rejection, uncertainty of who they are, and being self-critical.
The 2nd struggles with ADHD, indecisiveness, following through on goals, feeling disorganized, talking compulsively, racing thoughts, having too many ideas, and being perfectionistic to a fault.
The 3rd group I work with are fathers or husbands. They may have difficulties controlling their emotions, connecting with their partner or children in a meaningful way, or communicating their thoughts and feelings in a way that's honest and empathetic.
Every client I see is unique and not everything listed always applies, but if you see yourself in any of these groups then I encourage you to keep reading.
Unfortunately I do not work with clients under the age of 24.
Hi there, I’m Steve. I provide flexible, solution focused online counseling for adolescents and adults. With over a decade of clinical experience, I help clients navigate Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma related symptoms, and executive functioning or behavioral challenges. My approach is practical, structured, and grounded in real world strategies. I work with clients who want clarity, stability, and effective tools they can use immediately. Whether you’re dealing with workplace pressure, family stress, or difficulty staying organized and balanced, I help you strengthen resilience, improve communication, and build routines that support long term well being.
I work with individuals and families to enhance communication and support systems. I do not provide couples counseling, addiction specific treatment, or court mandated services.

I have worked with a variety of populations including victims of trauma; parents, adolescents and children struggling with mental health or other neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc). and individuals working to make lifestyle changes such as diet and nutritional changes. I have also worked with couples on improving their communication and relationship skills.
I am particularly passionate about helping others find ways to make changes using natural means including things such as meditation, dietary changes, nutritional supplementation and behavior modification.
Whether you are new to therapy or just seeking someone new to work with, I understand that taking the step to meet with someone new can be overwhelming. You have taken the first step toward making change. I hope you will let me help you take the next step!
Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.

I am an active empathetic listener and I consider that a priority in building a therapeutic partnership. You know you best! I will not assume and will ask questions to help the process move forward in a manner that promotes your individual growth toward your goals. I like to use real-life examples in discussion and I often employ humor in this and will get to know specifics that will personalize these examples. I am well-trained and experienced in many evidence-based treatments and together we can explore and plan how to proceed and progress in these for you.

Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges.
When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore what you're going through. Therapy can be a place to rebuild, reflect, and heal.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I listen closely to your needs and goals, and together we’ll work to shift patterns, manage challenging emotions, and develop tools that support lasting change. I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate it.
