In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's brought you to therapy and what your're hoping will feel different. From there, I'll share tools you can practice between sessions, but we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you. I work especially well with clients who are ready to show up and do the work. If you're looking for a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and a genuine investment in your growth, I'd love to be part of your journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. I draw from evidence‑based practices, but just as importantly, I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same. If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else. I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.

Hello and welcome! My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together" and "getting it all done". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. As a parent, daughter, caregiver, sibling, and partner, I understand the pressure and expectations of modern relationships and the flexibility needed to manage daily struggles while staying motivated, focused, and stable. Similar to many of the clients I work with, I recognize that even the good days are exhausting and demanding. My ideal client is someone ready to choose to show up for themselves and engage in the process of self-transformation to create the outcomes they desire. You deserve to become the best version of yourself. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this journey.

Hi! I’m Jess! I’ve been a licensed counselor for almost 20 years, and I’ve truly loved the opportunity to walk alongside so many different people through the various times of life. One of my favorite parts of the work is getting to know someone in those early conversations. I genuinely enjoy hearing your story, learning what has brought you to therapy, and understanding the experiences that have shaped you. There’s something meaningful about getting to know the person behind the struggles they’re bringing into the room. I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to explore the possibility of change. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you certainly don’t have to know exactly what needs to change before you begin. Sometimes it’s enough to recognize that something isn’t working the way you hoped and to feel ready—or even just curious—to see what might be different. My hope is that therapy can become a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged as you begin to imagine what life could look like when things start to shift.

All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

For various reasons, many clients are unable to access traditional therapy settings but I do not believe that should prevent them from receiving exceptional services. I have catered my practice to the needs of those who need alternative options to therapy and am here to help you. ****Please note: Your initial session is ONLY TO ASSESS FOR THERAPEUTIC COMPATIBILITY. ****

I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
