As a licensed mental health counselor, I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with
compassion and curiosity. My background in research psychology, counseling services, and forensic
psychology has given me a deep understanding of how our experiences shape who we are. I’ve worked in
both inpatient hospital settings and outpatient dual diagnosis residential programs, supporting people as
they build resilience, develop coping tools, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts,
emotions, and patterns openly. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences and finding ways
to create lasting change that aligns with your goals and values.
My day job is as a school adjustment counselor in a public high school. My undergraduate degree is in Expressive Arts Therapy, which leans into creative processes to help in the therapeutic process. My graduate degree is in Mental Health Counseling with a School Adjustment Counseling certification. I enjoy working with clients to help support them in their healing, whatever that may look like.

It’s not uncommon to feel lost at times, especially when life feels like it's pulling you in all directions. If you’re looking to better understand yourself, your emotions, and the patterns that might be holding you back from living the life you want, I’m here to help.
What I’ve learned in my years of therapy work is that lasting change only happens when there’s a genuine connection between client and therapist. That’s why I show up as my true, authentic self in every session. I create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood—no judgment, no pressure. Just a warm, inviting space for you to be yourself.
I believe in being honest and transparent, which means I might gently challenge your perspectives and help you see where you might be getting in your own way. It’s not about criticism; it’s about growth, and I’ll always meet you with empathy and respect along the way. There may be times I fumble my words or forget what I am saying because I am human too. I understand that therapy can be intimidating or even awkward at times, and I embrace that with you. What matters is that we’re in this together.
In our work together, you are in the driver's seat. You’ll guide us in the direction you want to go. Sometimes that will mean tackling external stressors like work, relationships, or family issues. Other times, it might mean diving into deeper, internal struggles—because often, once we work on strengthening our inner world, we can approach external challenges with more confidence and clarity.
Whether you're looking to develop a healthier mindset, explore your emotions, or build more self-compassion, my focus will always be on supporting you as you take small, meaningful steps forward. We’ll celebrate even the smallest victories, because every win counts.

Together, we can work together to identify things that aren't working and get you back to a place of balance and equilibrium.
I love being able to develop rapport with clients to better understand their worldview and go from there. I find it of utmost importance to put what the desires and needs are of the client and having that be the backbone of our sessions together.
Whether you are going through a crisis in life, or just want someone to talk to, I am here to help. Taking the first step in seeing a therapist can be daunting and intimidating, but it is what can be so helpful to feel more well rounded in life. Together, we can work together to go over your goals and aspirations. Let's connect!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Massachusetts. I help adults navigate everyday stress, anxiety, and life transitions by creating a safe, supportive space to talk and grow. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and confident by introducing practical coping tools you can use in daily life. Whether you're feeling stuck or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to support you in making small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting improvement.
Hello, and welcome! Taking the first step to begin therapy can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to make the process a little easier. My name is Jazmin, and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I work with adults feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a change. Maybe you’re not sure where to start, maybe your negative thought patterns are paralyzing you, or perhaps you’re needing a listening ear. Whatever struggles it may be, I aim to create a safe space where you can be your fullest self, while gently challenging you to grow.
Are you in a situation where friends and family are not enough help right now? There are times when almost everyone needs to talk to an objective person. If this is your first time in counseling finding out a little about about your counselor is just one of the steps you have to take. Another is understanding what counseling/therapy is. It's a confidential meeting with an objective professional trained to sort things out and identify if you are at risk of harming yourself because life is too painful to bear. Suppose you are dealing with an unbearable situation such as being threatened of losing a job, a death in the family, a serious illness of your own, ongoing disability or addiction, a relationship going sour or breakup, loss of any kind, depression, and anxiety, I can help you get back on track. I know life has its ups and downs and you can count on my acceptance.
,
I’m excited to get to know you better! In the meantime, here’s a little about me, and my professional experience and training.
I think one of the biggest challenges, after taking that first brave step of reaching out, is to find a good therapist that you connect with. In my twenty-plus years of experience, the therapeutic relationship is the principal reason that therapy “works” or “doesn’t work.”
My therapeutic style focuses on first developing a strong therapeutic alliance in which you feel emotionally safe and heard without judgment. You’ve already come to the conclusion that something in your life is not working, and my task is to help you to identify the ways in which you’d like things to be different. From there, together we can create realistic, achievable goals that support those changes and move you toward the life that you deserve.
I have a large repertoire of strategies and interventions, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing. Producing insights, strategies, and tools that you can use immediately is the goal of every interaction I have with you.
I have extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues (adult as well as parent-child), substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. I have found that many people experiencing trauma or anxiety are helped by a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. This teaches them how to tolerate their intense feelings and how to reframe unhelpful thought patterns that keep them stuck.
On a personal note, I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1997 and have worked with a variety of clients in many different settings.
When I’m not helping people, I can usually be found on the golf course or outdoors. I look forward to helping you to make the changes you desire.
My name is Krystyna Ksiazek. I live in Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 30 years (last 1.5 years at Grow therapy ). Seeing my clients succeed in therapy or their private lives adds meaning to my work. My area of interest is trauma, Complex-PTSD, Anxiety Spectrum Disorders such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Agoraphobia, phobias, Eating disorders, Depression, and Grief. Also, I have experience in the treatment of anger management problems, self-harm behaviors, and dissociative/split personality disorders. I like working with Young Adults, Adults, the Elderly, men, and women.
I like to reach out beyond the traditional scope of therapeutic interventions to alternative medicine based on the homeostatic model of health. I want to help clients build self-confidence and optimism and empower them to face new challenges, grow, and succeed as they never imagined. I like to build therapeutic alliances with the clients and create an atmosphere where they know and feel that I am there for them and that I understand and support them. I do not mind spending more time with them if this is clinically necessary. Also, under exceptional circumstances, I allowed clients to contact me on the phone outside of therapy sessions to assist them in coping with extraordinary situations, guiding them when they struggle with using newly acquired skills.
I came to the USA from Poland. I had to start "from the bottom". I have been through many ups and downs and painful personal losses, including my mother, friend, and boyfriend, but I never gave up. My resilience, optimism, and positive outlook did not allow me to accept failure. Contrary, it motivated me to try harder. Most of the time it worked.
For more than five years, I've helped clients work through anxiety, depression, overwhelming emotions, and significant life changes including pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, bullying in school, and new career choices.
I currently work full-time at Mass General Brigham as a Complex Care Social Worker, supporting adults coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex medical conditions.
I am passionate about individualizing therapy to make sure every session is best for the client.

Hi, I'm Carolyn. I'm a therapist on Cape Cod. I typically work with my therapy animals: two Cavalier King Charles spaniels and my bunny Boots. But, I wanted to join this platform to make therapy more accessible to people who need it. One of the best compliments I have ever received is from a client who told me that I made them feel "so special". That brings me joy. I am very compassionate and love making people feel comforted and supported while they are struggling with various issues. I am here to listen in a non-judgmental way and support you. My specific experience is with adults and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, stress and more.
You are not alone. I am here and I look forward to meeting you.
I’m a licensed therapist and social worker with years of experience supporting adults as they work through life’s challenges and transitions. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based, goal-oriented approach that helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and strengthen daily coping skills. My style is warm and collaborative, creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood, encouraged, and equipped with tools for meaningful, lasting change.
Appointments are available outside of 8-5 working hours starting as late as 7 pm! It takes courage to reach out for help when you struggle or feel stuck. As a therapist, I'm dedicated to creating a secure setting where my clients can express themselves and work through obstacles, adversity, and life changes. Therapy provides an opportunity for clients to question long-held beliefs that may no longer be beneficial to their present lives and make lasting change. In my practice, I work to create a non-judgmental and affirming environment where you can explore, process, and feel.
My name is David Mancuso, and at the heart of my work is a belief that every person carries an untold story—one shaped by survival, family dynamics, unspoken pain, and the longing to feel whole. I help clients reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve had to silence in order to function. My approach blends depth-oriented psychotherapy with a direct, grounded style that invites honesty, clarity, and personal evolution.
I draw from years of clinical practice, trauma-informed training, attachment theory, and my own lived experiences navigating complex family systems. Because of that background, I understand what it means to rebuild a self from the inside out. Clients often come to me during moments of transition, emotional exhaustion, identity confusion, or relational upheaval. They stay because our work helps them find their center again.
While I bring a calm and steady presence, I also show up with real engagement. I don’t sit back passively—I’m interactive, reflective, and attuned to the subtle patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate. Therapy with me is an active process of reconnecting with your original self, strengthening your internal structure, and learning to move through the world with more confidence, emotional clarity, and integrity.
Above all, I care deeply about the people I work with. My intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways—so you can step into a more grounded, connected, and empowered version of yourself.

My approach is collaborative and fosters meaningful change and resilience in children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained and incorporate trauma-informed care into my practice, helping individuals process past experiences that may be impacting their present.
My work draws on a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs, whether they are navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions.
I have over 30 years of clinical management , regulatory compliance, and consulting experience in behavioral healthcare systems both public and private. Former owner/operator of Community Health Center .I also have a deep knowledge of clinical program development including policies and procedures, staff training, and agency operations. I'm an expert in Florida Medicaid, Medicare and other state and federal regulatory compliance requirements . However, my real passion is working directly with clients offering support and having a first hand view of their personal growth. I speak Spanish and Greek .
My path to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by my experiences in the military. Witnessing both indirect and direct trauma firsthand, I gained a profound understanding of the human capacity for resilience, but also the critical need for accessible and compassionate mental health support. Those experiences ignited a passion within me to provide a safe haven for individuals navigating their own challenges. I saw the power of healing and the importance of having a supportive space to process difficult emotions and experiences. This journey led me to dedicate my life to helping others, recognizing the strength it takes to seek help and the transformative power of therapy. My military background has instilled in me a deep sense of empathy, discipline, and commitment to serving others, qualities I bring to every session. I understand the unique challenges faced by those who have experienced trauma, and I'm dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment where healing can begin.
