I am a person-centered clinician who draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to support each individual’s unique needs. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to the person in front of me. My focus is on helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve daily functioning, and move toward goals that are meaningful in their lives. My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s story. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change and work alongside clients at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. With nearly three decades of independent licensure, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I have a special interest in women’s physical and emotional health and have supported clients across the lifespan through a wide range of life transitions, stressors, and mental health concerns. My experience includes individual and family therapy, allowing me to address challenges at both the personal and relational level. I currently provide individual therapy with a flexible, personalized approach that meets clients where they are. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities to support emotional regulation, insight, and practical coping strategies, adapting treatment to fit the individual rather than a single framework. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I recognize the courage it takes to begin. My goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. I offer a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, goals, and challenges at their own pace. I welcome you to reach out so we can discuss how I can support you in finding greater clarity, balance, and well-being in your daily life.

Hello! My name is Ms. Tammy Carson and I am a board-certified Psychotherapist. I am originally from Boston Massachusetts. In my younger years I traveled and worked in many states in a corporate yet still helping role as a business analyst and functioned as a project manager too in South Africa Johannesburg. I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts and Florida. I attended a Christian college for my undergraduate degree at Eastern Nazarene a college affiliated through the church of the Nazarene. The social work department at the college mirrored and was taught social work through a Christian perspective and philosophies taken from the stories of the bible. I completed my graduate degree at Simmons School of Social Work in Boston Massachusetts, getting an MSW, and an Urban Leadership certificate. I have been licensed and doing psychotherapy since 2013. My last job before doing psychotherapy full time was working in an emergency room alongside psychiatric residents doing crisis evaluations, advocating for all populations to get them the proper level of care needed. I like to think in psychotherapy session’s that, “I meet people where they are at in life”, and take it from there. I am an empath and proud of it. I genuinely like helping people understand, identify and better manage their daily lives and relationships. I enjoy helping people to take control and get the best out of life for themselves.

You are capable, dependable, and often the person others rely on. But constant stress, worry, and responsibilities can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, work-life imbalance, and difficulty setting boundaries. I also specialize in supporting professionals, caregivers, leaders, and high-achieving adults experiencing burnout and high-functioning anxiety. My approach is supportive, practical, and solution-focused, helping you gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change. With over 14 years of clinical experience across healthcare systems, private practice, and community settings, I understand how prolonged pressure and responsibility can quietly impact emotional well-being. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build a more sustainable and balanced way of living — not just surviving.

This attention has supported them through a variety of circumstances and issues such as; domestic violence, substance abuse, homelessness, poverty, mental illness, racial bias, sexual identity and sexual orientation. The assistance that I am able to give to these populations’ helped ease the societal alienation that they felt as a result of their personal experiences, The focus is to help clients break through the individual barriers work on goals that are realistic and provide a foundation of stability, and hope. I also can bring experience and skills to the agencies that assist them. My skills include the knowledge to complete a through multidimensional/functional assessment, carry a personal client caseload, counseling them in individual, groups and family settings. I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment. Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. I believe in showing up fully, both as a clinician and as a human being, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next.

Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.

I am a clinician with twenty-five years of clincial experiences as a licensed mental health counselor. I have worked with families, caregivers, employees, and adults over 18 years old. I visited families in their homes over the years before doing telehealth visits on a permanent basis. I have extensive experience providing mindfulness behavioral therapy, solution-focused methods, CBT, and grief counseling. Over the years, I have learned valuable resources for stress reduction through grounding techniques using the breath and cognitive restructuring to produce a calmer state of being. I participated in an all-day training for clinicians to learn how to apply nature-based interventions and tools for individuals interested in this intervention. Evidence-based studies show how nature therapy reduces stress, heart rate, and blood pressure, and boosts positive moods. You can practice nature therapy in your house without having to go outside as well.

I am excited about the success my clients have accomplished. It is their discovery that is most interesting: for example, it is possible to change personality even though we have always been told it never happens! We approach this by exploring emotions that form the building blocks of personality. In this sort of work, I find that the most effective therapy happens when clients and I form a interpersonal therapeutic bond of trust. By the way, when I say that change is possible , I really believe it, and I am confident that if you are willing to work on what many would call impossible...building trust...you will leave our sessions feeling a sense of increased wholeness. (Today also marks the beginning of a new partnership with Teach America! I have loved Teach America since they began. My name is Ryan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Care at Bay Path University in 2018. I have worked in an outpatient setting, as a therapist, since the fall of 2018. Prior to completing my program, I gained valuable experience through Crisis services as a clinician and support counselor. I have worked with people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is eclectic with attention to client centered, a more holistic approach which encompasses the entire body as we tend to suffer as a whole being. I want to work with those to reintegrate those parts. People often do not realize the power of our thoughts and how it can negatively impact our overall wellbeing. I often tell people that our brain is a powerful tool. We are built to survive rather than thrive- this is a primordial skill that has not left us, but we have more effective tools. It is important to me to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space to talk about uncomfortable life situations. I do well within the neurodivergent community, and have aided in navigating difficult milestones in their lives.

Hi, and welcome—I'm so glad you're considering therapy as a step toward your self-development. My name is Elijah, and I identify as a first-generation, queer Black man. Holding these identities has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges that can come with seeking support for your mental health—especially when the process feels unfamiliar or overwhelming. Taking this step isn’t always easy, but it can be one of the most meaningful and empowering decisions you make. I specialize in working with high-performing individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I take your mental well-being seriously and stay up to date on evidence-based treatments and emerging tools. My goal is to integrate these strategies into our work in ways that help you feel confident, capable, and supported as you move toward lasting change. I approach therapy as a collaborative process—one where you feel seen, heard, and actively involved in your own growth. Depending on your needs, I draw from a range of treatment modalities to tailor our work together. If you're ready to start your journey toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself, I'd be honored to support you along the way.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide a calm, respectful, and supportive environment where you can speak openly and move at a pace that feels right for you. My role is to listen carefully, offer honest and compassionate feedback, and help you develop practical tools for meaningful and lasting change. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and nonjudgmental, while remaining grounded and objective so we can stay focused on your goals. I specialize in individual and couples counseling, with a strong focus on relationships, communication, trust-building, and navigating personal or interpersonal challenges at home or in the workplace. I also work with individuals experiencing addiction-related concerns, including substance use, gambling, and pornography addiction, as well as stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns, explore contributing factors, and develop strategies that support emotional balance, improved self-esteem, and healthier decision-making. My priority is to create a safe and empowering space where you feel comfortable being open and engaged in the therapeutic process. This foundation allows us to address concerns at their core and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth.

Hello, my name is Bernard Scott, and I live in Boston Massachusetts. I attended Boston Public Schools, attended Boston University for my bachelor's degree, Simmons University for my master's degree, and Southern California School of Professional Studies where I received my Doctorate (PsyD) in Counseling Psychology. I became licensed in (psychiatric) Clinical Social Work and received my LICSW License in 1996. I have been in this field for over 35 years and worked in a number of clinics, hospitals in Boston and Brockton. I enjoy helping people find their inner strength and work through those subconscious unresolved issues from the past so that the individual can finally be free from childhood traumas, past relationship issues ect. I strongly believe that between the developmental ages of 1 through 18 can and does affect who you are today and what ever happened to you between that time still has a hold on you today at the ages of 20, 30 50, etc. Getting rid of all that hurt, anger, trauma, etc. so that you can address it, work through it, come to terms with it and ultimately leave it all behind, and unload it.
