(she/her)
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 12 years of experience working with individuals and families. I am passionate about helping people overcome personal challenges and barriers that are preventing them from experiencing life in a way that brings them joy. Often another person can see things in us that we have a hard time seeing or understanding about ourselves and our experiences. I am here to help you improve your quality of life in the ways that are most meaningful for you.
In our first session I want to learn about you, why you have taken the step to begin therapy and what you may hope to work on. I will also answer questions you may have about my experience in this field and how I think we may best approach your treatment plan together.
My greatest strength as a provider is being able to see people's strengths and help build an understanding of how to best use them to achieve wellness. I am solution focused and will remain committed to your growth and progress as long as you remain committed to working together.
I am here to partner with you as you learn about yourself, identify goals you want to achieve in therapy and work together to remove any barriers that are in your way.

She has helped me think outside the box and look at things from another perspective. I tend to find her a great match for me and since meeting her, I have definitely grown emotionally and mentally.

Rebecca has been nothing short of spectacular! She has absolutely been through the thick of things with my husband and myself. She has been so genuine and sincere with her responds. I can tell she truly does care about us and truly is looking out for our best interest.

Very warm, non-judgemental or reactive. We have been trying to find the right couples counselor and I've left multiple sessions feeling like "the bad guy". Not the case with Rebecca. She assured that continued work would be required on both our behalfs, not just me.
