As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help clients to overcome obstacles that get in the way of living wholeheartedly. I believe that we all possess extraordinary resiliency. As a Therapist, I empower clients with strategies that help build their resilience so they can find peace and happiness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona, Missouri, and California. I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor in Social Work and earned my Master of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University. My primary focus includes depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and substance use disorders. My approach is strengths based and client centered using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey.
