I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor in Social Work and earned my Master of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University. My primary focus includes depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and substance use disorders. My approach is strengths based and client centered using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
