Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning. I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Hi, I’m Colleen. I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged or like you have to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking openly about what they’re experiencing, even when it feels difficult to put into words. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, struggling with confidence, navigating life changes, or simply wanting to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be affecting their lives. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and work toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I meet each client where they are and incorporate practical tools, honest conversations, encouragement, and even humor when appropriate. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself throughout the process.

For most of my adult life I have had the privilege of helping others navigate challenges, make meaningful changes, and move forward in their lives. Along the way life has happened to me, too. I have experienced loss, grief, life transitions, and family conflict, and I understand that sometimes even the strongest among us need support finding our way through difficult seasons. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, what I bring to the professional relationship is true life experiences, not just professional training, and a genuine understanding of how complex life can be. I work with adults of all ages who are ready for change, and yet, may not be quite sure where to begin. My approach is down-to-earth, curious, compassionate, and focused on making our time together meaningful or forward focused.

My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build insight, stability, and long‑term resilience. My clinical work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence‑based approaches. I integrate structured assessment, clear case conceptualization, and practical skills to help clients navigate PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and life transitions. I am committed to providing care that is compassionate, culturally aware, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. A military Veteran himself, Dennis brings lived experience, humility, and a steady, supportive presence to his work. He has served Veterans and adults across multiple settings, emergency departments, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and detoxification facilities. His approach is compassionate, structured, and culturally responsive, creating a safe and grounded space for healing and growth. Dennis integrates CBT, DBT skills, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and relapse‑prevention approaches to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I was drawn into the counseling field from a very early age, always curious about people, their relationships, ideas people embrace, choices they make. How do we solve problems or sometimes find them beyond our wisdom and imagination to solve? Even when we do our very best, sometimes we can’t seem to get it right. That can feel overwhelming and finding a way out can seem impossible. A warm and listening heart can be a big help providing the support needed to find our way again. With over 40 years of experience, I have helped a wide variety of people with many concerns.

I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns. Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.

I have been a LCSW for 38 years, providing psychotherapy. I still enjoy seeing people better understanding themselves, and getting to the point where they see more of what they want in their life. Many clients have spoken of my authenticity, which allows them to be comfortable in themselves. I work to empower people so they can feel more capable in accomplishing their needs and goals.

Do you find yourself thinking... "I overthink everything." "I care too much about what people think." "I'm always expecting the worst." "I have no confidence." "I can't stop worrying." If those thoughts sound familiar, you're not alone. Living with anxiety can feel exhausting. You may replay conversations long after they're over, doubt your decisions, avoid speaking up, or constantly wonder if you're "good enough." Even when life seems to be going well, your mind doesn't seem to turn off. I specialize in anxiety, self-doubt, social anxiety, and chronic overthinking. Together, we'll work to quiet your inner critic, challenge anxious thought patterns, build lasting confidence, and help you feel more at peace in your everyday life. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood while learning practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

Hello. I am Alissa Dillon. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire. I am licensed to treat patients in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Maine. I have over twenty years of experience as a therapist and enjoy working with patients who allow me to learn of their traumatic memories, and allow me to help reprocess them, to begin healing. I specialize in treating grief and trauma. Both of these experiences can leave lasting pain, but my treatment will help to alleviate that pain and remove the emotional responses out of your difficult memories.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and one of the things I value most about this work is helping people understand themselves with more compassion and less judgment. So often, we spend years believing that something is wrong with us because we feel too much, shut down, overthink, pull away, become overwhelmed, or struggle to feel safe and connected. I don’t see those experiences as evidence that you are broken. I see them as places worth becoming curious about. I believe that people make sense. Even the parts of us that confuse us. Even the reactions we wish we could change. Even the ways we cope that may no longer be helping us—or may sometimes hurt us. There is a reason we learned to respond the way we do. Sometimes the ways we cope can become painful, overwhelming, or difficult to understand. Anxiety, depression, hopelessness, grief, intense emotions, withdrawal, conflict, or other patterns may feel like something that needs to be fixed or eliminated. I believe it can be more helpful to first become curious about what these experiences are communicating and what purpose they may once have served. I don't believe therapy is about turning you into someone else. It's about helping you come home to yourself—to understand what has shaped you, recognize what is no longer serving you, reconnect with what matters, and make room for the life you actually want. You don't have to have everything figured out before you come in. You don't even have to know exactly what's wrong. I work with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, hopelessness, grief, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and difficult or confusing emotional experiences. . I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II).
