I help adults with anxiety, stress, life changes, pain, and health. I am a clinical psychologist with a warm, active style. We’ll identify what keeps you stuck, build useful skills, and create changes that help you feel calmer, stronger, more confident, and more in control in daily life, day by day together.
Your first session is a chance to feel heard, understood, and comfortable with therapy. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what has and hasn’t helped, and what you would like to change. Together, we’ll identify your most important concerns and begin developing a clear, practical treatment plan tailored to your needs, values, background, and goals.
I bring warmth, curiosity, clear guidance, and practical evidence-based strategies tailored to you.
My ideal clients are adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, chronic pain, physical health challenges, or difficulty adjusting to major changes. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what to do next. They are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, improve emotional and physical well-being, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I use ACT to help clients accept difficult thoughts and feelings while taking meaningful actions guided by their values.
I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and develop more effective coping strategies.
I use CPT to help clients examine trauma-related beliefs, reduce stuck points, and develop more balanced ways of thinking.
I adapt treatment to each client’s culture, identity, values, background, and lived experiences with respect and curiosity.
I use DBT-informed skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
