I’m a Certified Anxiety Specialist and LCSW who helps people break free from anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I don’t just listen, I teach practical skills while working alongside you. My approach is hands-on and collaborative, meaning we work together in each session to understand your challenges, identify patterns, and practice strategies that actually make a difference in your daily life. Anxiety, stress, and self-esteem struggles can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or even isolating. I know how hard it can be when worry or self-doubt takes over, and I’m here to help you regain a sense of control. Whether you want to feel calmer, more confident, or simply able to handle life’s challenges without being held back, I guide you in building practical tools that are tailored to your unique experiences. I draw from a variety of approaches to meet your needs, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and strengths-based strategies. This means we can explore what works best for you, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. I also include psychoeducation so you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, which helps make the skills we practice more effective. My goal is not just to help you cope, but to empower you to thrive. Therapy with me is an active, engaging process; we talk, reflect, practice, and experiment together. I help clients identify strengths, recognize patterns, and create lasting changes in how they think, feel, and act. If you’re ready to take steps toward feeling more confident, calmer, and capable, I’ll be here every step of the way, providing support, guidance, and practical tools to help you succeed.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing in the local community since 2011. I began my career working with a non-profit by helping children, teenagers, parents, and couples who struggled with various issues, ranging from learning to cope with day-to-day stressors to healing from major traumas. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions — those moments when things feel unsteady and you're not quite sure how to move forward. My approach starts with building a warm, genuine relationship where you feel safe to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. From there, I bring in practical tools — often drawing on CBT and coping strategies — so you leave sessions with more than just insight, but real ways to manage day-to-day. As a parent myself, I understand how life's transitions can test us in ways we don't always expect, and I bring that same steadiness and practicality to the people I work with.

Hello, I’m Naomi, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. You may be managing a lot on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, trying to keep everything together while feeling unsure of what to do next. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and expressive techniques when helpful. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Instead, we’ll work together to find approaches and strategies that fit your needs, personality, and everyday life.

Hello and welcome! I'm Jane. I'm glad you're here, and I'd like to tell you a little about myself. First though, I'd like to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. This is a big step. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and self-worth. I focus on helping clients develop new, more positive narratives about themselves that accurately reflect who they are. Our narratives are informed by our past, our childhood, our experiences, our internal and external environments, but sometimes, they can become twisted and inaccurate. So much pain can stem from this. I am here to help you develop your own narrative. Therapy can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. We will work as a team. I am a psychologist with ten years of experience working with a diverse range of clients. I received my doctorate from William James College. I've been I work with clients struggling with depression and anxiety, among other issues. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I see therapy as a team effort, with the client-clinician relationship being one of the most effective tools in treatment. You'll find me to be empathic and genuine, and a little off beat. Hope to talk to you soon.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and one of the things I value most about this work is helping people understand themselves with more compassion and less judgment. So often, we spend years believing that something is wrong with us because we feel too much, shut down, overthink, pull away, become overwhelmed, or struggle to feel safe and connected. I don’t see those experiences as evidence that you are broken. I see them as places worth becoming curious about. I believe that people make sense. Even the parts of us that confuse us. Even the reactions we wish we could change. Even the ways we cope that may no longer be helping us—or may sometimes hurt us. There is a reason we learned to respond the way we do. Sometimes the ways we cope can become painful, overwhelming, or difficult to understand. Anxiety, depression, hopelessness, grief, intense emotions, withdrawal, conflict, or other patterns may feel like something that needs to be fixed or eliminated. I believe it can be more helpful to first become curious about what these experiences are communicating and what purpose they may once have served. I don't believe therapy is about turning you into someone else. It's about helping you come home to yourself—to understand what has shaped you, recognize what is no longer serving you, reconnect with what matters, and make room for the life you actually want. You don't have to have everything figured out before you come in. You don't even have to know exactly what's wrong. I work with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, hopelessness, grief, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and difficult or confusing emotional experiences. . I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II).

Hello! Is life feeling heavy, or are you experiencing a major life transition? My background is working with teens and adults. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, self esteem, and grief. My style is warm and fun, partly so you leave feeling as if you took in a breath of fresh air, at the same time as reaching your goals. Sessions lead with a person-centered approach and evidence-based practices. I value the importance of trust when working with clients. Together, we will create an individualized plan, where you approve each decision. The purpose would be to have clear goals, and monitor progress. My experience includes working with various age populations, from 6-81 years old. Environments such as Youth and Family Services, child protection agencies, homeless shelters, and outpatient work have emphasized the importance of providing compassionate and quality care, with confidence to handle any complexities that life brings.

I have 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy in multidisciplinary practices essentially as a generalist; the primary focus of my practice is very much on establishing a solid connection with my patients, which I believe creates a supportive and safe sense of relationship with me - essential for change and ongoing definition of goals. My own personal goal for my patients is giving them a sense of what the solution might look, and feel, like.

Hi there! I am Brazilian and I graduated in Psychology 20 years ago - do not do the Math! =) I have been living in the USA since 2014 and I obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I specialized in working with LGBTQIA+ folk, more specifically transgender and non-binary (go They/Them!). Since then, I have expanded my practice and have enjoyed working with folk navigating grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other various mental health symptoms. I provide therapy in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional and also a Trauma specialist. *** I unfortunately do not work with couples, so if you are seeking couples counseling, I am not a good fit. *** I have a 15 minutes tardiness tolerance policy, and a fee for no show/late cancel of $150.
