I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while also working toward meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and practical. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership—I bring clinical insight and tools, and I stay open to your perspective and lived experience. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, and find strategies that actually fit your life.
I often use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches to help clients feel less stuck and more in control. Whether you’re overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or ready to make changes, I’ll meet you where you are.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities and strive to create an inclusive space where you feel respected, heard, and supported.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 21 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and unexpected changes. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, gain perspective, and explore what matters most to you. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and major life transitions such as navigating college, parenthood, divorce, empty nests and later life. I have a particular interest in supporting women through the many stages of life, from entering adulthood and developing identity, to motherhood and changing family roles, transitioning through perimenopause/menopause, caring for aging or ill loved ones, experiencing relationship loss and preparing for or adjusting to retirement.
I also specialize in working with older adults and seniors as they navigate aging, changes in health and independence, loss and grief, caregiving, retirement, family transitions, and the emotional challenges that can accompany later life. I understand that these transitions can bring both opportunity and loss, and that it can be difficult to make space for yourself while caring for others or adjusting to change.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating a difficult transition, or simply ready for something to feel different, therapy can provide a space to reconnect with yourself, identify your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. You don’t have to navigate life’s transitions alone. I’m here to help you find your way forward.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, heal, and cultivate meaningful growth. My practice focuses on guiding individuals through anxiety, life transitions, and relationship dynamics using evidence-based, personalized care. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you develop practical tools and achieve a greater sense of clarity and wellbeing.

If you can read this, you made the first step. Congratulations. Seeking therapy is hard. Most people delay and tell themselves that whatever they are experiencing must be the way life is. Chances are if you have reached the point to begin exploring therapy, counseling can help make your life better. While therapy is often hard, it can be an enjoyable and uplifting experience as well. I believe that you cannot laugh without a combination of insight and relief. You can expect some humor in most sessions.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. Sometimes that work simply involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times our work together centered around longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I also offer a fourth-wave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have found this technique to be highly effective in helping people with trauma and or anxiety. Our minds and bodies are connected. Anyone who has experienced a tight neck and shoulders or an upset stomach when they were stressed knows this. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am ready to help you through the challenges you are facing. In addition to counseling, I also provide vocational testing, coaching, and consulting.
I provide both Christian and secular counseling depending on the needs of my clients.
For clients with high level confidentiality concerns due to corporate or clearance issues, there are ways we can do EFT without you ever speaking out loud about events.

Hello! I’m Nina, a Licensed Clinical Therapist who has been working in trauma intervention for 17+ years. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a rape crisis counselor, a trauma-healing self-defense instructor, and trauma-informed care consultant for non-profits.
I approach therapy using multiple modalities. I believe in the mind-body connection and integrate mindfulness and body-based interventions where needed, including a focus on the physiology of stress and emotions. I use a wholistic approach to therapy, exploring all your identities, ambivalences, and values, and believe that understanding your upbringing and cultures are critical to how you cope and relate to the world and yourself in it.
At some point in life, most of us feel stuck — in tough transitions, relationship or family stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or just the overwhelm of trying to hold everything together. When you're in it, it can feel lonely and hard to see a way forward. You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
I see therapy as a space where you can exhale. A place to sort through what’s weighing on you, understand yourself more deeply, and reconnect with the strengths you already have — even if they don’t feel accessible right now. I’m here as a supportive sounding board and a steady, honest voice, helping you move toward becoming a more confident, grounded, and self-trusting version of yourself.
Hi, I’m Paula, a Licensed Psychotherapist providing services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, and Delaware. I earned two Master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania: an M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling and an M.S.Ed. in Counseling and Mental Health Services. With nearly a decade of experience, one thing I know for sure is this: the “self” is incredibly powerful. When we better understand who we are, why we respond the way we do, and what we truly need, real and lasting change becomes possible.
It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their healing and self-discovery, and I’d love to support you on your journey.

Therapy is a courageous step. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Hi. I am a life-long learner and clinical psychologist who loves to help people understand more about themselves than they ever knew was possible. I’m a strong believer in that the more we understand how our past relationships and experiences shape who we are, the more we will learn how to deepen and strengthen existing and new relationships. Across my more than 25 years of practice, I have served clients on the battlefield in Iraq as a Navy Clinical Psychologist in a Marine Unit, treated individuals and families in a private practice setting and spent the majority of my treatment years serving federal government employees and their spouses.
I am a compassionate and dedicated trauma-focused therapist specializing in helping individuals heal from the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, or helping couples work through their trauma together to strengthen their relationships. Helping navigating life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, and the stressors that can often feel overwhelming. I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to process and recover from difficult experiences.
As a therapist I am here to create a safe, brave, and trusting environment that allows clients to unload their thought and emotions while empowering them in a genuine, straightforward and relaxed atmosphere to step into the brave space where they are able to begin identifying the barriers to living the life they want, learn to overcome, and start aligning their lives to their values.
My therapeutic approaches is rooted in acceptance and commitment therapy with aspects of internal family system, solution focused, and mindfulness techniques. We all have unique needs and my integrative model of treatment is tailored to best fit each individual client. This therapy starts with the client learning how to accept where they are in this moment while also knowing they need to identify and make changes to get to where they want to be. It is then when the real work begins. The work of freeing themselves from the persistent negative thoughts and constant societal pressures holding them back from living the life they have always wanted.
During therapy, you will never have to pick and choose the parts of you to reveal, as you will be accepted just as you are. As a sex positive, gender and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist I enjoy working with individuals and couples facing a multitude of different life challenges. Additionally, I have a clinical interest in supporting those in polyamorous relationships, practicing consensual non-monogamy, kink, and sex work.
Taking the leap to reach out for help is a brave first step. Therapy often challenges and pushes us into that uncomfortable space, but my hope is that you will walk away with a feeling of clarity, identity, and belonging.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I help clients understand the patterns beneath their struggles, develop practical coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild trust in themselves.
With a multicultural background and diverse life experiences, I am especially mindful of how culture, family expectations, identity, and caregiving responsibilities can affect emotional well-being. My goal is to help you feel genuinely understood as you create a life that feels more peaceful, confident, and authentic.

Welcome to New Hope For This Season Counseling LLC! My name is June Faith Dickerson and I am the founder and owner of New Hope For This Season Counseling LLC. This counseling practice was created to provide hope, encouragement, and emotional wellness while meeting the needs of clients with a heart full of compassion and empathy.
I began my career in the Maryland area in 2019 working with individuals and families in crisis. I always had a heart to help people and spent many years volunteering at schools and youth detention centers which birthed into my passion to begin my counseling educational journey. To receive the credentialing, I obtained my bachelors in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology and my master's in Clinical Mental Health.
