About me

I am a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Maryland. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices to help you feel confident in the work that we are doing together. I strive to create a calm and relaxed environment where clients feel comfortable and supported. While my approach is warm and welcoming, I am also direct when needed to help facilitate growth and clarity. Sessions are focused and distraction-free, ensuring we make the most of our time together. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel both challenged and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will consist of a good number of questions! But don't worry, I will be doing all of the heavy lifting. I want to know as much about you as possible, but I will allow you to go at your own pace. We will continue to get to know each other and develop a great rapport!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Therapy is a partnership. I cannot work harder than you do. That may mean a good amount of work on your part. But believe me, it will pay off.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready and motivated to engage in their therapeutic journey. This means being open to exploring new perspectives, actively participating in sessions, and applying what we discuss to their daily lives. I value working with individuals who are willing to do homework, practice skills outside of sessions, and reflect through journaling or other self-exploration methods. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I partner with clients who understand that growth requires effort and consistency. Together, we can create meaningful and lasting changes by combining your commitment with my guidance and support.
