Hello. Thank you for stopping in. I have over twenty years of clinical practice working with adult individuals. Much of my clinical experience has been working with our Military and Veterans. I appreciate working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As my client I will engage you in broad conversation about how you are functioning and together we will develop strategies and skills to improve your day to day life. Although therapy is a place of 'work' therapy is also a place where you can expect to feel listen to and know your opinion matters. I frequently hear clients tell me they looked forward to their next session. So, in the tone of 'looking forward' I hope to meet you soon.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session we will review the precipitating factor that has lead to your decision to seek therapy. We will explore your symptoms and how they affect how function and manage your responsibilities and relationships.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am very engaging, curious, and full of questions. There will not be a lull in our conversation. I strive to learn what makes you tick so I know how to be the best help to you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you take a lot of time crafting an email for fear of what others may think of you then consider scheduling an appointment. You can explore how fear and insecurity has impacted your life. Spending sufficient time identifying relevant goals is an important part of the treat process. You can develop skills to be at ease living the life you lead.
