Hello, I’m Fernanda, a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Let’s be honest—life can be hard, and sometimes the struggle feels like a lot to carry on your own. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, and everything in between.
Mental health doesn’t look the same for everyone, and therapy shouldn’t either. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel heard without judgment, and work together to find what truly works for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can start wherever you are.
Many of my clients are the people everyone depends on—high achievers, caregivers, professionals, students, and young adults who appear to have it all together while privately struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. They often spend so much energy caring for others that they lose sight of their own needs. Setting boundaries, quieting the inner critic, managing overwhelming emotions, or simply slowing down can feel difficult or even guilt-inducing. Over time, they may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in survival mode.
I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and chronic stress. Whether you're consumed by racing thoughts, struggling with panic or constant worry, caught in unhealthy relationship patterns, or feeling like you're never “doing enough,” therapy can help you regain balance, confidence, and a stronger sense of control. Together, we explore what is fueling these patterns and develop meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and results-oriented. Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients develop practical coping skills they can carry into everyday life. Therapy with me is not only about processing what feels difficult; it's also about building resilience, strengthening self-trust, and helping you feel more equipped to navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence.
You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. If you're ready to feel less overwhelmed, more grounded, and more connected to yourself, I'd be honored to support you on that journey.
I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who genuinely enjoys getting to know the person behind the symptoms. I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or simply not quite like themselves. Sometimes you know exactly what you need help with; other times, you just know something feels off. I’ll meet you wherever you are, without judgment, and we’ll make sense of it together. My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, practical, and compassionate. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, take a breath, and know that someone is genuinely invested in helping you feel better—not just checking boxes.

I help adults navigate the overwhelming seasons of life; from major transitions like career and relationship shifts, to the daily grind of chronic worry and perfectionism.
I believe in an active, collaborative, and tool-forward approach. We will break down your worries and concerns and map out how your mind works in order to build concrete strategies you can use the moment stress hits. I also specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating what makes them different, helping you dismantle internalized pressures so you can live authentically.
Is life not how you want or planned for it to be? Are the sources of stress and worry creating a daily struggle? The human journey is fraught with peril and navigating the challenges we face can feel overwhelming.
