Do you ever wonder is there more to life, more happiness, fulfillment? I have worked with a variety of populations including children and adults that are in crisis, involved with the foster care system of Illinois (DCFS), struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, and feelings of loneliness. I’m known for cultivating self development, self care and determination; specializing in helping you connect with your fullest potential. As a team we will begin shifting your paradigm, developing a new attitude with new results, you desire. “A moment of gratitude makes a difference in your attitude” is one of my favorite quotes. Your reality is what you nurture and focus on. Let’s get to work on what’s most important, you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Through a person-centered approach, strength and solution based, the modalities used are specific to each individual. I utilize a wide-range of theoretical orientations including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and systemic evidence based practices.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'll help you develop better mental health self-management, coping and preventative skills through client centered and family-focused support that promote positive cognitive, social and emotional development. We will focus on the overall well-being of your body and your mind to improve the quality of your life.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with people who desire change in their life, maybe you are in the first few years of your career, or thinking about changing your career or, retired from your career. Maybe it has nothing to do with your career but life transitions, relationships, children, life goals...desires. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious. My clients are looking for direction and someone to assist.
