Life can be quite challenging. Many times we are facing situations that we are not prepared for or have prior hurts that affect our ability to overcome. Many past clients have shared how I have helped them see things in a different light so they were able to rise above the challenges and grow during the process. You were created for a purpose and I want to help you discover what that is while helping you equip yourself better for it.

Are you looking to improve your communication, strengthen your relationships, and manage conflict more effectively? Interpersonal skills are the foundation of healthy and thriving relationships—both personal and professional. If you are recovering from an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship and feel disconnected from yourself, therapy can also help you rebuild your identity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and develop healthier relationship patterns.

I've been working in mental health for 15 years, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in
Virginia, Ohio, and Georgia. Most of what I do centers around anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, and
PTSD — but I work with people dealing with a lot of different things, and I'm not going to tell
you your situation doesn't qualify. I see kids, teens, adults, couples, and families, so if you're
looking for someone who can work with your family across different ages, that's something I
can do.
I'm a Certified Trauma Specialist and trained in integrative mental health, which means I bring
more tools to the table than just talk therapy. I'm neurodivergence-affirming and work with
people across a wide range of identities and communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and
single parents. A lot of my clients have been carrying something for a long time before they
finally reach out — that's more common than you'd think, and it's never too late to start.

I don’t just see symptoms, I see people. Whole people. And I meet them exactly where they are.

My approach is supportive, empathetic, and, above all, pragmatic. While understanding the past is essential, change can only occur in the present. I will challenge you to be an active partner in therapy and to work toward ongoing insight, growth, and positive change both in and outside of sessions.
As a co-occurring disorder therapist, I have heard so many times, You cannot understand it if you have never lived it, I have lived it in both my personal and professional life. This means I can be more than compassionate; I can be empathetic because I have worked through and lived so many of the experiences my clients struggle with.
