Hi, I’m Emily Fox, LCSW. With more than ten years of experience in the mental health, trauma and addictions field. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into the therapy space. I work primarily with adults (18+) who are navigating challenges such as addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, postpartum mental health, parenting and motherhood, and persistent co-occurring diagnoses. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk beside you on your journey of healing and growth.
My approach is strengths-based and whole-person focused. I believe that real change happens when we make space for your entire story—your struggles, your resilience, and your potential. Clients often describe me as compassionate, authentic, and down-to-earth. In our sessions, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore whatever you are carrying, without fear of judgment.
I am trained in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, EFT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction, and more. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—together, we’ll collaborate on an approach that best fits your goals and needs.
What fuels my passion for this work is my own path of personal recovery. That experience allows me to bring not only clinical skill but also genuine empathy to the therapeutic relationship. I know what it feels like to want change but not know where to begin, and I honor the courage it takes to take that first step.
If you are looking for a therapist who will support you with compassion, honesty, and effective tools, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and transformation.

Hello!
My name is Alysa Gregory, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I grew up in a small city in Michigan and moved to Florida in 2015, where I obtained my Master’s Degree and Licensure in Clinical Social Work.
I have always had a passion for practicing as a therapist, and the reason is simple; I believe that all human beings are and were created equally and ultimately are all in search of the same thing in life, happiness. I have spent a lot of time exploring the behaviors, feelings and emotions of others, along with getting to know myself and learning to be in tune with my inner most self. I truly believe this has helped me become the best therapist I can be. I pride myself on continuing to grow and learn as a mental health professional, as we all know the world is constantly and rapidly changing and shifting directions. It is important to me as a therapist that I consistently check in with myself to be sure that I am providing the very best services to my clients/patients at all times.
I am truly here to serve my clients and I am one hundred percent committed to the well-being of each individual I serve. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to become a part of your life journey.

In addition to supporting individuals directly affected by disability, I also provide therapy for spouses, partners, and immediate family members adjusting to a loved one’s injury or illness. Caregivers often experience overwhelm, grief, role changes, and emotional burnout, and their mental health is just as important during this transition.

My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.
Hi, I’m Yadiel Muñoz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with six years of professional experience. I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship challenges, trauma, and issues related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My goal is to equip you with the tools, insights, and strategies you need to thrive—and ultimately reach a place where you feel empowered and no longer need my support. I’m committed to creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. In our work together, you’ll find both a trusted partner you can confide in and a guide who will compassionately challenge you to grow.
My name is Romy Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with mental health and substance abuse struggles. I also provided Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and their families who were living in homeless shelters and were in the court system. I have also worked with women with Post-Partum depression and struggling with substance abuse. Two of the modalities that I work with are Brainspotting and EMDR. Brainspotting focuses on identifying specific eye positions (“brainspots”) that connect to unprocessed material in the brain. By maintaining focused attention on these spots, clients are able to access, process, and resolve underlying issues at a deeper neurological level. This approach is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, allowing for profound healing in a safe, attuned, and client-centered space. I also specialize in EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide clients through structured phases that use bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences. This allows painful memories to lose their intensity and supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs. EMDR is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, offering deep and lasting relief in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.
