Hi, I'm Jada, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've worked in inpatient psychiatry, done crisis intervention, and spent years in outpatient therapy, so I've sat with people through everything from everyday stress to full-blown crises, including LGBTQ individuals navigating identity, acceptance, and the unique challenges that can come with it. If there's one thing that's taught me, it's that healing looks different for everyone. There's no single formula that works for all of us, and I recognize that minorities and marginalized folks often carry experiences and stressors that deserve to be seen and understood, not overlooked.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood, so you can begin to feel relief knowing your healing journey is underway. I want you to feel proud of yourself for taking the step to prioritize your mental health; it truly matters. My style is warm, patient, encouraging, and direct in a way that supports growth without feeling harsh or overwhelming. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with a Master of Social Work (MSW), and I work with teens, young adults, couples, families, and individuals across the lifespan. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based strategies for anxiety and emotional well-being. In our work together, I focus on helping you better understand yourself, process what you’re going or have gone through, and build practical tools to manage anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s daily challenges. I believe in supporting healing from a trauma-informed lens while also empowering you to recognize your own strengths and growth along the way. If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, I often remind clients: Life will always bring challenges, and we all need support in navigating them. Seeking help is not something to be ashamed or afraid of; it’s a meaningful sign of strength and growth. Plus, there is a world of possibilities on the other side of your fear. Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me laughing or trying new foods; ideally both at the same time, but I’m not picky.

I bring warmth and care into the room, along with a sense of humor when it’s helpful, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy to be meaningful. I’m also solution-focused and collaborative. That means we’ll spend time understanding what’s going on, but we won’t get stuck there. Hi, I'm glad you're here! I am a Haitian American clinician, born and raised in Miami, Florida, with a deep appreciation for culture, community, and faith. As a Christian and a licensed clinical social worker, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and respect for each person’s values and lived experience. I earned my master’s in social work from Florida Atlantic University and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. My primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enabling them to develop healthier patterns and practical tools for daily life. I am also currently in the process of becoming trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an approach that can be particularly helpful for those who have experienced trauma or distressing life events. My goal is to integrate EMDR into my work to offer clients additional pathways toward healing, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self. As a Haitian American therapist, I understand the importance of identity, intergenerational dynamics, and cultural nuance in the healing process. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs and am especially passionate supporting those who may be navigating the intersection of culture, faith, and mental health. In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, collaboration, and a focus on practical change that aligns with your goals and values.

Jennifer works with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting struggles and women's health concerns. Jennifer believes every individual has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change when given the right support. Healing is not about becoming someone new—it is about reconnecting with the person you are beneath life's challenges. It is easy to lose touch with yourself while carrying the weight of stress, painful experiences, or life's many demands. Together, you will explore the challenges you are facing, honor your unique story and the choices available to you in the present. Rather than trying to eliminate every uncomfortable thought or emotion, we will make room for the full range of your human experience while exploring how you can respond in ways that align with your values, purpose and hopes for the future. Healing is not about avoiding suffering or having all the answers. It is about developing the courage to face life's uncertainties, embrace your freedom to choose your path and cultivate a life that feels authentic, connected, and meaningful.

I've done years of work with young adults, as well as more mature adults, who seek to have greater confidence, self-esteem, or communication skills OR may be navigating various goals that intertwine both personal and professional development. I am passionate about helping others "figure it out" and try to make sense of the world around them in a more optimistic way. Note: If by chance you are interested in working with me but might need to request other days and times we can do a consultation to explore options.

Hi, I’m Grace! I work with teens and young adults, ages 13–25, who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, big or overwhelming emotions, unhealthy coping habits, or just having a hard time adjusting to changes in life. I try to keep therapy warm, comfortable, and down-to-earth, so you can feel like you can be yourself and talk openly without worrying about being judged. We’ll work together to better understand what you’re going through, find healthier ways to cope, and figure out what can help you feel more in control and like yourself again. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, listen without judgment, and help you feel supported while we work through whatever life is throwing your way.
