I am a qualified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). I help clients determine whether their loved one might have a pathological condition, to understand what that means, how to avoid such relationships in the future, reduce their internal conflict, and determine whether they want to end the relationship or manage it.
Often, my clients have a relationship with a person who has no diagnosable condition, yet the relationship would be considered "toxic" in that it repeatedly causes my client emotional distress. I am excited to provide perspectives and strategies to assist.
I grew up in Florida and graduated from FSU with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I began my career in a county jail mental health unit, where I became proficient in crisis intervention, assessments, and group therapy. Since then, I have worked at an air force base, offering therapy to individuals and families, as well as a substance/mental health rehab program for the Veteran's Administration. I have also volunteered with survivors of gun violence who are grieving and/or coping with trauma.
I love being a therapist! It’s humbling to be a part of my clients’ lives as they heal, grow, and go after their goals.
***Exciting news! I am now offering in-person appointments at Kissimmee Lakefront every Thursday! Please contact me directly to schedule your appointment!***

Hello, My name is Philomena , but you can call me Philo, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida who has been in the field since 2013. I also enjoy working with individuals adjusting to chronic illness, caregiver stress, and significant changes that affect their sense of identity.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe lasting change happens when we understand not only what we're experiencing, but why certain patterns developed in the first place. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, develop insight into those patterns, and build realistic strategies that help you create meaningful change outside of therapy—not just during our sessions.
I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to being the one others rely on. My goal is to provide a space where you don't have to have everything figured out—a place where you can feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and supported as you reconnect with yourself and build the life you truly want.

Hi All!
I am from a small town off of San Diego, California but spent most of my career working with people who lived in some of the more impoverished areas of Los Angeles. My speciality was/is working with highly at-risk youth and families and I loved doing it; I think I got as much from the experience as did my clients.
Personally, I grew up as a fairly good athlete and could often be found on a tennis court, running & cycling around town and even at the gym. I love animals and I have two big dogs and two cats. I am spiritual and attend church regularly. I love the beach and ocean; I have recently moved to Sarasota and am truly enjoying it.
As most therapists do, I have my own history of fighting through some emotionally difficult times and am beyond happy to tell you that with some assistance, I managed to come out the other side and am now quite well and happy today!
Professionally, I have had several careers including, Federal & Local law enforcement and driving as FEDEX Delivery driver while getting my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. After several years of completing the required 3,000 hours of hands-on service, I passed the exams and ultimately became a fully Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
My practice has provided me with the opportunity to work with persons with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and more. I am trained and qualified to provide mental health treatment to kids, families, couples and individual adults.
I love my job; I love helping people. It would be an honor if you would consider entrusting me to assist you with anything from your smaller troubles to bigger issues and beyond; I believe that we can achieve great success together.
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that first step a little easier. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help you navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions. I am an eternal optimist with a heartfelt passion for caring for others, something that has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they learn to cope, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems and building effective coping strategies is not just my work, but my greatest joy.
I primarily work with children, teens, and families, while also supporting individuals across the lifespan. There is nothing more meaningful to me than witnessing the moment when hope returns and the light begins to shine again after life’s many transitions and challenges.
My areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and oppositional or conduct-related concerns. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-informed CBT lens, thoughtfully integrating somatic practices to help clients move out of “fight or flight” and into a place of safety, balance, and genuine enjoyment of life.
Through life experiences, personal challenges, and a journey of self-love, soul-searching, and self-awareness, I've discovered the importance of healing and personal development. My goal is to give others the opportunity to gain these same skills, empowering them to embrace their own journey with confidence, resilience, and authenticity.
My professional goals are to empower individuals by helping them build self-confidence, develop self-love, and gain practical tools to effectively manage life challenges and symptoms. I am passionate about encouraging people to recognize their strengths and not allow past experiences to define their present circumstances or future potential. I approach situations from a clinical, solution-focused perspective, which has proven highly effective in supporting positive outcomes for populations I serve. My work centers on fostering resilience, promoting personal growth, and helping individuals develop the skills to improve their overall quality of life.

I stand by personal and professional values of authenticity, courage, integrity, and compassion. I stand by the ethics of the National Association of Social Work. My Clifton Strengths are Empathy, Positivity, Input, Activator, and Achiever.
As always, it remains my passion, mission, and joy to witness others expand & I am fulfilled by continuing this journey with you. I am always expanding myself too, so I continue to learn, read, and attend extensive continuing trainings.
In personal time, I love taking my dogs for runs/walks/hikes, doing yoga/reiki/meditation/breathwork, dancing, riding my motorcycle, being in nature, and spending time with my loved family, friends, colleages, cats, and farm animals. Lol.

I became a therapist because I’ve always believed in the power of hero's journey; the story, connection, and transformation—whether it’s through the pages of a favorite book, the arc of a game character, or real-life growth in the face of challenge. I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they make sense of their experiences and reclaim their agency.
Hello, my name is Anat Lieberman. I have been an LCSW since 1995 in the State of Florida. I have worked with elderly clients in a psychiatric unit, dialysis patients with other co-morbidities, holocaust survivors and their families, and people from many walks of life at a family agency. I am not a child therapist, but I do work with teenagers. I have been in private practice for the past five years, seeing multiple types of clients, with various challenges, through telehealth.
