Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to better understand what’s going on and identify practical steps forward.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, balanced with tools and strategies that you can actually use in daily life. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve worked with Individuals, Couples, Families of various sizes, with a plethora of sessions on parenting. Nearly 20 years later, it is still a privilege to work with individuals, couples in various stages or phases of their relationship and families of all sizes.
I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I daydream of going on cruises with my wife, occasionally think about bringing our children along. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movies. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter. Prior to being a therapist, I found myself listening and caring, as people would end up just talking to me and telling me their life story. I decided I should put that to good use. Growing up my family was fortunate to be able to adopt and quickly we became a larger family that could not remember there was a time when my sister had not been there. Through the process, I realized how important family and relationships.
Clinically, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy, with attributes of Narrative, Structural and/or Strategic.
*** Writing animal support letters or ESA documentation, disability-related paperwork, court-mandated evaluations, divorce or custody agreement related paperwork would be out of the scope of my practice, therefore is not something I engage in at this time.
Life is a journey and we all need to reach out for help at times. You’re a high-achieving woman who appears successful on the outside, yet internally feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled. You know how to perform, push through, and hold it all together, but patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination, or chronic self-doubt continue to limit your sense of ease, confidence, and fulfillment.
You may have a strong career, financial stability, a home, and a life that looks “together” from the outside. Your responsibilities are handled. Your bills are paid. You show up for others. And yet, there’s a persistent sense that something is missing. No matter how much you accomplish, the relief is temporary and the internal pressure quickly returns. You tell yourself you should feel satisfied, but instead feel stuck in cycles you can’t seem to outthink or outwork.
My work is designed for women like you, those who are capable, self-aware, and ready for meaningful change. Together, we move beyond surface-level coping strategies and address the deeper roots of self-sabotage. Through a highly personalized, one-on-one approach, we uncover the unconscious patterns driving these behaviors, strengthen self-trust, and build the internal safety needed to create lasting change.
This is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about helping you feel grounded, confident, and fulfilled in a life you’ve already worked hard to build, without burning out or betraying yourself along the way.
I am deeply passionate about helping others and guiding them toward positive change in their lives. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to embrace change and eager to learn the skills needed to make those transformations. I hope that, together, we can build a strong therapeutic relationship that provides the support you need during this journey and beyond.

Hello! I began my social work journey in 2006 and have been working in the mental health field since I obtained my MSW in 2008. As a clinical social worker I have thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of helping individuals identify and address many mental health concerns and move towards the life they most desire. I am passionate about addressing the stigma around addictions and serious mental illness and I believe the best way to begin any mental health journey of recovery is with compassion and understanding. I work from a cognitive-behavioral perspective and I use a strengths-based orientation of empowerment to foster growth and progress. I feel that we are already our best selves-we just need some help letting go of the survival skills we've taken on to get through the toughest times in our lives. I have spent several years working exclusively with homeless veterans and individuals struggling with addiction, and this has given me additional perspective and insight into the needs of some of our most vulnerable populations. I am an advocate, an accountability partner, an empath and your greatest cheerleader. I'm excited to help you rediscover your best self and to claim the life you deserve.

I find that many people are helped by connection with a therapist, someone who will listen, but also use their training and experience, bringing that into the relationship.
I provide a calm, collaborative space for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, or feeling stuck, who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
My approach is thoughtful and reflective, helping clients explore patterns, build self-awareness, and gain clarity about what matters most to them while navigating life’s transitions and everyday challenges. I work best with clients who value curiosity, authenticity, and personal growth.
I am a veteran, a spouse and mother, and a licensed clinical social worker. I have been in this field since 2020, providing therapy to clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other challenges in their lives. I consider myself to be a guide and teacher helping client discover their true worth and strengths so that they can live the life they deserve.
Many Black men carry responsibility, emotion, and expectation without having a space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, anxiety, or feeling worn down. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for adolescents who need a space where they are understood. I also help parents and caregivers — especially those raising Black and Brown boys and families in blended or co-parenting systems — build clarity, connection, and consistent discipline. My approach is relational, culturally informed, and focused on helping you understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, and strengthen your family system.
