In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, you can expect a warm and supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. I'll take time to learn about you-your background, your current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. We'll also talk about your goals for therapy and whether you're looking for short-term support over 6-8 weeks or a longer-term therapeutic relationship. Most importantly, the first session is about building trust and developing a connection that feels safe and collaborative.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to listen with empathy while also challenging clients to grow. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) throughout my sessions, because I believe the way we think about ourselves directly impacts the choices we make. At the same time, I'm not limited to one therapeutic approach-I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet each client's unique needs. I work hard to build trust and understanding, and I come to each session ready to engage, support, and hold clients accountable. Together, we'll confront unhealthy thoughts and behaviors while creating space for real, lasting change.
