New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, emotional stress, and complex challenges with confidence and clarity. I create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My work focuses on empowering clients to build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that deserve healing and care.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming conversation focused on understanding what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from this experience. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know your background, strengths, and current concerns, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll begin outlining your goals and discuss an approach that feels supportive, clear, and tailored to you. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling understood, grounded, and confident in the path forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths include my ability to build strong, trusting relationships and help clients feel at ease quickly. I combine warmth, compassion, and clinical expertise to create a therapeutic space where clients feel empowered and supported. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care, to help clients gain insight, reduce emotional distress, and develop meaningful, sustainable change. My background in medical and clinical social work also allows me to support clients navigating chronic health conditions, life transitions, and high-stress environments with sensitivity and understanding.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with clients who are ready for growth, even if they’re unsure where to start. My ideal clients are people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship challenges, medical issues, or long-standing stress. They value a collaborative approach and appreciate honesty, compassion, and practical tools they can use in their daily lives. Most importantly, they are open to healing at their own pace and ready to invest in themselves.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In my practice, I guide clients in recognizing unhelpful thought patterns and developing healthier coping skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I incorporate structured interventions such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and grounding strategies to support clients in achieving meaningful, measurable change.”
