Hi there! My name is Koti (KOH-tee). I'm a trans male therapist passionate about supporting queer people to improve quality of life and sense of self. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to come alongside you, help you recognize the strengths you already have, and support you in creating the changes you want to see. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to understand what’s been feeling difficult, uncover what may be keeping you stuck, and find a path forward that feels realistic, meaningful, and true to who you are. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and goal-oriented. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self and talking openly about what’s going on, without fear of judgment. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make meaningful changes that fit the life you want to live. You don’t have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. Maybe you’re struggling with something specific, or maybe you simply know that something doesn’t feel right and you’re ready for things to be different. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to have it all figured out. We can start there, together. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear about where you want to go—and to support you as you create a life that feels more like your own.

I specialize in two things most therapists don't: sleep and health. Specifically, I help individuals who can't sleep, who are managing a chronic illness or medical diagnosis, or who've been trying to make lasting health behavior changes and keep hitting a wall. I hold dual board certifications in Clinical Health Psychology (ABPP) and Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM), the latter being one of the most specialized credentials a psychologist can earn, and one that very few providers in Colorado have. Before going into private practice, I spent over a decade as an active duty psychologist in the U.S. Air Force, working with service members, veterans, and their families through some genuinely hard things. That experience shaped how I approach care: I believe in being collaborative, practical, and honest about what the research actually supports, and I don't believe in wasting your time. My availability is usually limited to Mondays, as I also work full-time as a professor training future psychologists and conducting clinical research.

Hi, I'm Haley. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of holding everything together, therapy can be a space to slow down, understand your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns. You may be processing difficult experiences, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or struggling to feel connected to yourself and the people you love. I’m passionate about mental health research and committed to continually learning so that I can offer care that is both thoughtful and informed by the latest evidence. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities that support the mind, body, and emotions. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so my approach is collaborative, strengths-focused, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. And most importantly, I want therapy to move at a pace that feels right for you. If you resonate with this at all, I would be honored to connect with you.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience in crisis response, clinical assessment, and trauma-informed care. I work primarily with adults and adolescents (12+) navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). I believe therapy should help people become more confident in understanding themselves and responding to life's challenges. My goal isn't to provide all the answers, but to help clients leave with the perspective and a different way of navigating challenges. Before entering outpatient practice, I spent many years working in crisis services and involuntary treatment settings. That experience reinforced something I continue to believe deeply: people are often capable of far more change than they realize. Everyone has the capacity to get better and make positive changes. I especially enjoy working with people who are curious, reflective, and invested in their own growth. Many of my clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, first responders, and others balancing demanding lives while striving to live with greater purpose and intention. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I also understand firsthand both the strengths and challenges that can come with ADHD, and I enjoy helping clients build systems that work with their brains rather than against them.

Hi, I’m Aaron. I specialize in helping adults ages 18–64 who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or anxious about the future. On the outside, you might appear successful and high-functioning, but internally, you may be dealing with burnout, racing thoughts, grief, or a lack of meaning. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship stress, or existential worry, I help you turn internal insight into real-world progress. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals from under-resourced communities to corporate executives, I bring a balance of deep empathy, structured support, and gentle accountability. Hi! I am a LPC with fourteen years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal struggles, and poor self-esteem. I specialize in using CBT based therapies. I also have a lot of experience treating trauma with EMDR and narrative-based methods. I believe that trauma plays a big role in the lives of people. Trauma comes in many forms and levels of impact. If we are able to process trauma and find healing, we can experience growth, wisdom, and strength of character. If not processed and healed, trauma can become a source of depression, isolation, anxiety and loss of identity. Secondary to the trauma treatment is focus on coping, communication, connections, identity building, and problem solving. We will work to build a better sense of power and control in your life, which is the core of emotional and psychological well-being.

I’m a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people understand themselves in a way that actually creates change. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, frustrated, or hard on themselves—especially around perfectionism, body image, self-worth, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. What sets my work apart is my ability to quickly identify patterns and connect the dots between your past, your internal world, and how you relate to yourself now. I take a direct, compassionate, and insight-driven approach. I will challenge you, reflect what you may not yet see, and help you make sense of thoughts and behaviors that feel confusing or out of your control—without reducing you to those patterns. I also work from a systems perspective, meaning I look at both your personal experiences and the larger influences that shape them—family dynamics, cultural messaging, and societal pressures. This is especially important in my work around body image, relationship with food, and self-worth, where neutrality and sustainability matter more than quick fixes. My goal is not just to help you feel better—it’s to help you understand yourself well enough that real, lasting change becomes possible.

My degrees in philosophy, psychology and social work and part of an art degree inform and influence my work with you. I work hard to find and use the approaches and tools that work best for you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted as your authentic self. My approach is grounded in honesty, compassion, authenticity, and humor, because I believe meaningful growth can happen when we feel comfortable enough to show up as we are—including the messy, complicated, and imperfect parts of being human. I take a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that honors your resilience, recognizes your existing strengths, and respects your unique experiences. I also recognize that our lives are shaped not only by personal experiences but by the systems, social structures, and sociopolitical factors around us. I aim to understand the whole picture rather than view challenges in isolation. Above all, I believe you are the expert in your own experience. My role is not to tell you who to be or what your journey should look like, but to walk alongside you as we explore what matters most to you, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet you with curiosity, respect, and a healthy dose of humor along the way.

Hello, my name is Jenny and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have 12 years of full-time experience in various venues, such as corrections, community, crisis, hospital, and an outpatient counseling. Our path is marked by significant people and experiences that impact our attachment, mindset, and worldview. Some are positive, and some are painful, both leaving a lasting impression that reflects our identity, self-esteem, and sense of purpose. I seek to walk alongside my clients as they find meaning in those relationships and experiences. I am considerate of the story my clients have to tell. I offer a compassionate space to meet them where they are and provide an authentic therapeutic relationship.

Frequently asked questions

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in the state. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across the entire state. If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near your address.

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
