Hi, I’m Tammy Andrade-De La Isla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’m here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe that therapy should feel like a collaborative process, one where we work together to explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and support your personal growth. I earned my degree from Humboldt State University, where I dedicated my studies to exploring decolonizing mental health practices. This perspective continues to influence how I approach my work with clients, always taking into account the larger context, including cultural, historical, and systemic factors that may impact your well-being. I have a strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, and I strive to bring a strength-based, affirming approach to everything I do. I genuinely believe in the resilience of the human spirit and feel privileged to support people as they navigate life’s challenges, work through trauma, and move toward a more connected and empowered version of themselves. Whether you're exploring your identity, experiencing a life transition, or simply looking for someone who will truly listen, I am here to support you.

Hi there, I'm Alicia. Are you feeling lost or stuck in some aspect of your life and finding it hard to move forward? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? With your permission, I help to hold the container for deeper exploration and healing. I am a trauma-focused therapist, certified in EMDR and trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I’m originally from Southern California, the traditional homelands of the Tongva (Gabrielino) and Chumash peoples, and I’m now based in Colorado, on the ancestral lands of the Arapaho, Ute, and Cheyenne peoples. I offer virtual individual therapy to clients in both states. I believe that each of us possesses an internal source of wisdom that can be cultivated through psychotherapy, psychedelic medicines, meditation practices, yoga and other connecting practices that link the brain, body and spirit. My therapeutic approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and respect. I often draw from concepts rooted in Buddhist psychology and contemplative traditions. I frequently incorporate EMDR as an evidence-based method for working with both acute and developmental trauma, along with parts work (IFS). I am attentive to the impact of a person’s social, physical, and cultural environment, as well as systems of oppression. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I cannot do the work for you, but I can help you along the way, and it is truly an honor and a joy for me.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise throughout life. I have worked in outpatient settings since becoming a therapist in 2022 and have developed an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy that is adaptable to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a client-centered process, and I value taking the time to get to know each person, understand their goals, and create a space where they feel heard and supported. I recognize that therapy is a complex and vulnerable experience, and that life continues to happen alongside the work we do in therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them remain connected to the goals they are working toward. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I may incorporate when appropriate. I know that finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I recognize that I may not be the right fit for everyone. I am committed to helping clients feel supported in finding an approach and therapist that best meets their needs. Ultimately, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their feelings, patterns, and relationships while developing greater understanding and meaningful tools for navigating life.

I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to). I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do. I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy. My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated. Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming. And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

Maybe you’re navigating the emotional roller coaster of fertility treatment, holding onto hope while also feeling anxious, frustrated, exhausted, or heartbroken. Maybe you’re postpartum and trying to find your footing while adjusting to life as a new version of yourself. Whatever season you’re in, you don’t have to carry it all alone. I’m here to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can talk about the things that are hard, messy, complicated, or even difficult to put into words. They say it takes a village to raise a family let me be part of yours. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, infertility, pre- and postpartum challenges, substance use, and the unique experiences of first responders, active military, and veterans. Through my work in private practice, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and hospitals, I’ve learned that everyone’s journey is different and that healing happens when we feel truly understood and supported. In our sessions, I take a collaborative and empowering approach. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover your inner strengths, and build tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one that honors your story, celebrates your resilience, and helps you move toward lasting growth and balance. Welcome, I commend you for taking this courageous step of seeking support! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California (LMFT 102540) for over 10 years. My specialties include treating PTSD/trauma, mood disorders, attachment and relationship issues, addictive processes, Jungian/psychodynamic therapy, and psychedelic integration for individuals seeking out states of expanded consciousness. I am deeply passionate about helping clients access their Inner Healing Wisdom. I believe that an individual’s encounter with their personal unconscious is essential for the healing process. Our unconscious is a sacred cave where we store our insecurities, fantasies, painful memories, deepest fears, and feelings of guilt and shame. It's also a place where we hid away aspects of our authentic selves that could not "fit" into our environment growing up. I believe that true healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore this hidden cave and integrate it’s contents into our authentic Self. My goal is co-create this foundation of safety and trust with you so we can explore the cave together with courage, compassion, and curiosity.

I’m a Latino therapist who specializes in working with trauma, identity, and the emotional weight that comes from growing up in high-stress environments. I help people make sense of patterns rooted in past experiences — whether that’s family dysfunction, grief, street violence, or cultural pressure — so they can move through life with more clarity and less emotional reactivity. My style is honest, direct, and grounded. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and listens — I’ll challenge you when needed and help you get to the core of what’s keeping you stuck. I work especially well with first-generation men, individuals processing childhood or gang-related trauma, and those navigating the tension between cultural loyalty and personal growth. I’ve spent the last five years working across community mental health, jail reentry, and school-based settings — including the LA County Department of Mental Health, homeless outreach in South Central, and now as a therapist in a middle school. My approach is shaped by both clinical training and real-life experience supporting clients in some of the most challenging situations.

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Indiana and California. I have been practicing for 9 years. I have worked with clients of all ages and who are struggling with a wide range of problems. I have worked with domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, eating disorders, self harm, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and more. My approach is warm and inviting. I believe in treating each individual with respect. I also believe each individual I see has the ability to change and get well. My stance as a therapist is one of being a coach or a guide. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Reaching out for help takes courage and bravery. If you are ready to begin taking steps towards a happier and more fulfilling life, I am here to help. I look forward to working with you! Please note: I currently have limited availability due to childcare. My available days rotate each week. For example, if I have availability on a Monday one week, I will be available on a Wednesday the following week. If you are experiencing symptoms that require you to be seen weekly, I may not be the best fit for you at this time. I will go over my availability details during your intake and if you decide it will not work for you, I will send referrals to you for other therapists on Grow.

I am passionate about providing IFS and EMDR therapies to queer and trans people. Serving my community as a queer therapist is one of my main life purposes. I do this work because I am committed to liberation for all people. I believe that none of us are free until ALL of us are free, and I bring a queer and intersectional lens to my work. As survivor of religious trauma and Intimate Partner Violence, I specialize in helping clients find and trust their own intuition. Sometimes my clients love to use tarot or astrology as a framework to discuss their development; I welcome alternative spiritual practices!

Hello, I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that). At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy. As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran. Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm genuine, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens through authentic human connection, so I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion into every session. I frequently use metaphors, storytelling, and practical examples to help make difficult concepts easier to understand and create meaningful change. My experience has taught me that every person's story is unique. I don't simply treat symptoms—I work to understand the whole person, including how childhood experiences, relationships, trauma, and the nervous system continue to shape life today. I have extensive experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, and traumatic brain injury (TBI), and I also bring personal insight into the recovery process from TBI. Additionally, I am both personally and professionally familiar with the challenges faced by Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and individuals raised in dysfunctional families. I understand the lifelong impact these experiences can have on self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being, as well as the work required to heal the wounded inner child while building a peaceful, authentic adult life. I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. I will meet you with compassion, but I will also encourage you to do the work that creates lasting change. My clients often describe me as part therapist, part coach, and part cheerleader—I celebrate your successes, help you navigate setbacks, and gently challenge you when old patterns keep you stuck. My goal is to create a safe, trusting relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with confidence.

I’ve had the honor of working closely with children, families, and individuals healing from various forms of trauma and impacts of mental health from a cultural lens. Along the way, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the many different ways family life can shape us, sometimes in unexpected or challenging ways. I’ve worked in a variety of roles and settings, as a Director, Clinical Supervisor, across government agencies, to private and mental health centers, which has helped me see each person’s story from many angles. My approach is compassionate yet direct, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your family, or your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and respect. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

You've always been the strong one. Right? As a bilingual Asian therapist (English/Mandarin), I currently work as an inpatient mental health clinician at Kaiser Permanente in California, supporting adults through acute mental health crises. Before this, I spent over four years at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Community Psychiatry Program in Baltimore Maryland, where I walked alongside adults through their darkest and brightest chapters — from life’s most overwhelming moments to recovery and the gradual return of joy. Through that experience, I witnessed how someone could radiate warmth for everyone around them while quietly burning out within. I specialize in supporting high-functioning individuals navigating people-pleasing, social anxiety, and interpersonal burnout, whether that shows up as persistent self-doubt, intrusive thoughts that feel impossible to shake, or an overwhelming need to keep others happy at your own expense. You are not alone, and it doesn't have to stay this way. I draw on an integrative approach across CBT, ERP, MI, and EMDR, tailored to who you are, where you have been, and where you want to go, committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, heal, and grow. Please note I am only available for therapy appointments on Fridays. Please also note that documentation requests, including FMLA and ESA letters, require a full clinical assessment prior to completion and cannot be guaranteed at intake. In addition, my practice focuses on voluntary, client-initiated therapy. I do NOT provide forensic or court-mandated treatment, including evaluations or treatment ordered as part of legal proceedings. Clients seeking court-ordered services are best served by a provider who specializes in forensic work.
