In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is really about getting to know you and seeing if we’re a good fit to work together. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. I’ll ask some questions to better understand you, but we’ll move at whatever pace feels right for you. The goal is that you leave feeling seen, supported, and a little more hopeful about what’s possible ahead.

What stands out about my approach is the balance of warmth and realness I bring into the therapy space. I blend evidence-based methods with a relational, human-centered style... meaning I don’t just sit back and nod! I actively engage, reflect, and collaborate with you. I draw from modalities like trauma-informed care, parts work, and mindfulness, always tailoring therapy to what actually resonates with *you.* Clients often share that they feel deeply seen and supported, and that therapy with me feels both meaningful and refreshingly authentic.

I use an Attachment-Based approach to help you explore how early relationships may be shaping your current patterns. Together, we work to build more secure, supportive connections—both with yourself and others.
