About me

Hi, I’m Jacey! I am a therapist who believes in showing up with warmth, authenticity, and no judgment. I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself while we explore whatever life is bringing your way. My approach is genuine and collaborative, yet still challenging, with a focus on helping you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow in all the ways you desire.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is really about getting to know you and seeing if we’re a good fit to work together. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. I’ll ask some questions to better understand you, but we’ll move at whatever pace feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is the balance of warmth and realness I bring into the therapy space. I blend evidence-based methods with a relational, human-centered style... meaning I don’t just sit back and nod. I engage, reflect, and collaborate with you. I utilize trauma-informed care, parts work, mindfulness and more, always tailoring therapy to what actually resonates with *you.*

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support clients who are navigating low self esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the people I work with are deep feelers, overthinkers, or those who are ready to prioritize themselves. Whether you’re looking to build self-trust, set healthier boundaries, or simply feel more grounded and aligned, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity.

Jacey understands my brain. She genuinely helps me so much and I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for our work we've done together.
