I’m Arturo, and I’m honored you’re here. My work as a therapist is grounded in resilience, compassion, and deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for support. After 24 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, including combat deployments, I transitioned into clinical work, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (MFT) from Pepperdine University. For the past four years, I’ve worked with underrepresented communities, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I’m especially committed to creating a safe, confidential space where men can speak openly—man to man—about the challenges we often carry silently. I also work with couples using Gottman‑informed approaches to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or stronger relationships, I offer practical tools, steady support, and a collaborative path toward healing and meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Hello ! I am Sergio Fernando Gueller, LCSW, I am an American citizen and love our Blessed country with all my heart; I am also an immigrant from Latin America, Argentina, who arrived to this country at age 19 (I am currently 65), "tired and poor" and escaping an unstable political environment and difficult socioeconomic perspectives. I completed my training in Europe and Latin America through my participation in many seminars and obtaining several certifications in this field, however, all my formal education took place in California and Oregon, in the USA. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and practical and am focused on providing immediate alleviation and crisis resolution to my clients via powerful cognitive/behavioral tools which I use daily in my practice. I am a simple person and my approach is formal and respectful, however, I use respectful/sensitive humor and levity therapeutically when appropriate as I believe it is a major part of my method.

Emotions are the language of energy. In this language, there are critical messages to be understood. Emotions communicate what your needs are. Your mind translates this information so that needs can be met. Sometimes, it feels unsafe to acknowledge your emotions so the intellect, instead, pushes emotions down. With emotions silenced, you become deprived of connection to yourself, to others and needs go unmet. In this deprivation, you also lose authenticity. The call to acknowledgement returns, again and again, louder and louder. We can collaborate together to learn this language and to recover the gold of your authentic self. Its already there, where it has always been. Who you really are is full of potential, courageous, confident and quite worthy of connection. When you know this, there is an energy that arises as well. A motivation for action. Wherever you are at on this journey, is where I want to meet you. What a victory that you have already taken the brave step of searching for a therapist. Celebrate that. Perhaps the next movement is to reach out. We can explore next incremental steps from there.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment—and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. I have over 6 years of experience working in the mental health and substance use field across various levels of care. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, substance use, and more complex mental health conditions such as mood disorders and personality disorders. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help, especially when struggling with the fear of being seen as weak or facing the stigma that often surrounds mental health and substance use. As someone who grew up in a culture where mental health was not openly discussed, I deeply value creating an environment where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and empowered enough to grow. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and create lasting changes that improve their overall quality of life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support during a difficult season of life, I'm here to walk alongside you. I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be. You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.

Having trained in Holistic Therapy at Native American Health Center I have tremendous experience with trauma, anxiety, depression and treating addictive disorders. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), breathwork, reflective journaling, dream exploration, and narrative techniques. Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll focus on actionable solutions and personal responsibility. Together, we will uncover underlying patterns, explore new choices, and equip you with practical tools to cultivate deeper self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion. ( NOTE: I have a no show, late show and late cancel policy (see "Practice Details") which includes all clients including those who have insurers who do not cover Grow Therapy for those instances. In the case of a LATE show client will be responsible for pro-rated amount not covered by their insurer. 36hr advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.)

Hello, My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality. I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients. PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.

All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun. My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.

Hi, I’m Kristen—Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience supporting high-achieving women and young professionals who are navigating burnout, career transitions, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” Many of my clients are driven, capable, and successful on paper—but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from the life they’ve built. They’re often at a turning point: ready to pivot careers, grow a business, or redefine what success actually means for them. My approach is collaborative, direct, and results-oriented. I combine evidence-based therapy with practical strategy to help you regulate stress, gain clarity, and make confident, aligned decisions—without spending years in therapy. This work is about more than insight; it’s about creating real momentum in your life and career. You can expect a space where you’re both supported and challenged—where you don’t have to perform, but you also won’t stay stuck. Together, we’ll move you out of burnout and into a more grounded, intentional way of living and working. For those who value faith as part of their healing, I also offer a nondenominational, faith-integrated approach rooted in compassion, purpose, and spiritual alignment. Whether you’re building something new, questioning your next move, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again—this is a space to reset, realign, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Hi, I’m Kristine Asatryan, LCSW. Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, you simply need a safe place to slow down, feel heard, and begin finding your way back to yourself. My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and create a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling. My philosophy is simple: yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not promised, and today is where we have the opportunity to create change. Together, we’ll focus on the present, build greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful changes that can lead to lasting growth. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can be yourself and explore what you’re going through without fear of judgment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling lost or emotionally exhausted, therapy can offer a path toward greater clarity, healing, and connection. As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I understand how many roles we carry and how easy it can be to lose ourselves while caring for everyone and everything around us. My approach blends empathy, mindfulness, cultural sensitivity, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself and feel more grounded in your everyday life. My work is guided by respect, kindness, love, family, service, and integrity—values that shape who I am both personally and professionally. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and find more confidence, calm, and purpose in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Sessions are scheduled on the hour (e.g., 3:00 PM), rather than on the half-hour (e.g., 3:30 PM). Thank you for your understanding as we continue improving our scheduling system.
