Hello! I’m Susan, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to helping individuals build healthier relationship with themselves and others. Life can be a difficult journey at times that can be hard to navigate alone. I am committed to helping others build skills to achieve the goals of becoming a stronger, more confident self, walking beside them every step of the way.
Greetings! I have been in the mental health field for about 20 years in various capacities and more recently dedicated as a therapist for almost the last 7 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has primarily served Arizona communities. My earlier training has prepared me for work with young children and families who have experienced trauma. I have also served adults, young to middle- age addressing college and career related challenges and also in supporting older adult needs such as navigating life transitions, parent-child relationships, estrangement and relationship conflict. I also focus on anxiety, depression, grief, chronic medical needs/illness, such as caregiver fatigue, dementia/Alzheimer's, terminal illness, and women's health (from pregnancy to women's medical needs in older adults).
Finding the right therapist can be a journey in itself and connecting with your therapist is imperative. I offer services for depression, grief, anxiety, stress, career & workplace difficulties, women's issues, postpartum anxiety, anger management, and coping with life changes. Nutrition is also a key player in some mental wellness issues and I feel is very important to assess. My approach provides empathy, engaged listening and behavior change support as part of my therapy style. I am licensed in both Iowa (MHC License 123416) & Texas (LPC 62282) as a counselor. I look forward to supporting you.
I’m a trauma-informed, licensed marriage and family therapist with 13 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of settings. I specialize in working with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with autistic and neurodivergent clients and the families who support them, as well as children and adolescents impacted by abuse, neglect and foster care.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, understood, and safe enough to be honest about what you’re experiencing. I work alongside my clients to better understand the experiences and patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck, while developing practical coping skills and strategies that fit their individual needs.
Whether you’re struggling with the effects of trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, working through relationship or family challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed by where life has taken you, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and identify a path forward. My goal is to empower clients to build healthier coping skills, strengthen their relationships, develop greater self-understanding and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
I am a licensed professional christian counselor. I integrate a scriptural foundation with emperically proven counseling therapies. My focus is on but not limited to crisis, trauma, and PTSD; victims and perpatrators of domestic violence including sexual, physical, mental, emotional, and psychological; and anxiety, stress, and depression. I work with adults, mostly over 21 years old. I work with individuals, people who are in relationships, and couples. I prioritize military, first responders, and their families.

I’m also deeply connected to the mind–body relationship and believe that true healing honors both. My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.

It takes courage to seek out help for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you. I live by the view that if you can change the way you look at things the things you look at can change. This slight change in perspective can make a world of difference in your life! Thank you for stopping by and I look forward to working with you!
Life can sometimes leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. You may be going through a major change, dealing with grief or depression, or simply trying to better understand yourself and your emotions. Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, and my goal is to make that first step feel a little easier.
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what you are experiencing. I often work with people who want to manage anxiety and stress, strengthen their coping skills, improve their relationships, and find a clearer sense of direction.
I see therapy as a team effort. Together, we will explore what is getting in your way, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. My approach includes looking at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect while also focusing on your strengths and the solutions that can help you move forward. We will work toward realistic, lasting changes at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I have been in the mental health field for over 8 years working as a caser manager for kids 6 to 17, working at a rehab facility, working as a substance abuse counselor in a prison and running my private practice. I offer EMDR, Trauma Informed CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness based approaches. Are you riding the hot mess express? When is the last time you had a good cry and not because you are angry? Do you feel like a robot and/or don't know what you want and need? Do you know exactly why you do what you do and still can't make any changes? Have you got in trouble because you used unhealthy coping skills and wants to learn how to do different? I have helped people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences get to a point where there they can live the life they want and not the one their past has created for them. I only have two rules for my clients: "you aren't allowed to say sorry because you didn't do anything wrong" and "you are allowed to tell me no". I use whatever method my client needs to help either process the past or learn new skills in the present. Not all therapy requires you to process the past.

Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
Greetings! I have enjoyed being a counselor for the last twenty-six years. Prior to that, I was in the art field, with a publishing business and a gallery in New York City's Soho district. I also teach at University of Phoenix and Rio Salado Community College. I firmly believe you have the power within you to make changes. My job is to teach you skills and point you in the right direction. I have a passion for what I do and really love helping people.

Hi, I’m Ebonie. I’ve been a therapist for 14 years, and my style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and real. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where you can finally resolve the issues that are weighing you down. One approach I use is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). It’s a highly researched therapy that helps people process painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming. With gentle tools like eye movements or tapping, your brain can reprocess old experiences in a healthier way. The memory doesn’t disappear, but the emotional weight it carries often does.
EMDR has been shown to help with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and more. We always go at your pace, and I’ll walk with you step by step. Book an appointment today.

Hello, I'm Kim, a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 7 years. I am dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding, using evidence based care. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and free from judgement as you work towards healing and personal growth. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and burnout. I utilize a collaborative approach personalized based on your specific goals as everyone has a unique story and needs. With experience in community mental health, private practice, and a district school counselor, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of life experiences.
Hi, I am a Licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I earned my master's in professional counseling through Grand Canyon University and have been practicing for the past 4 years. I help adolescents and adults overcome struggles of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma that hold people back from being the most empowered version of themselves. I work with multiple therapeutic interventions to help my clients reach their counseling goals.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services to clients in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, and Oregon. I hold a master's degree in counseling with a specialization in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation, and I work with individuals navigating trauma, compulsive and problematic sexual behaviors, relationship concerns, addiction, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA2+ individuals and couples.
My advanced clinical training includes certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Relational Addiction and Complex Trauma Specialist (RACS), and Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOPT). My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including The Meadows Model, Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Treatment is individualized to meet each client's unique experiences, goals, and strengths.
Effective therapy begins with understanding the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms. While addressing immediate concerns is important, lasting change often requires exploring the underlying experiences, beliefs, attachment patterns, and coping strategies that contribute to present-day struggles. By identifying and addressing these root causes, therapy can reduce current distress while building greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier patterns for the future. My goal is to help clients not only find relief from today's challenges but also develop the insight and skills needed to navigate future obstacles with confidence and lasting growth.
Hi, and thank you for reaching out for support. I’m glad you’re here.

I believe that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My goal is to empower you to overcome challenges, strengthen your relationships, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
You do not have to navigate this journey alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you and support you as you take steps toward greater well-being, connection, and hope.
As a person-centered therapist, I provide a safe and supportive environment to help clients explore their concerns. My approach is direct yet compassionate, utilizing creative, reflective, and engaging therapy modalities. I encourage the development of body awareness to examine the mind-body connection. Additionally, I incorporate a holistic view of spirituality, recognizing its importance in overall well-being and integrating it into the therapeutic process.
Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Duquesne University and then Marywood University. Hello all, I am a Texas native. I went to college at the University of Texas at Tyler and received my Master's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, with a sub-specialization in neuropsychology. As a professional counselor, I like to combine my practical experience of working with patients just like you with my knowledge and background of the brain and mental health. I completed my internship training and have vocational experience working in a dementia and aging clinic, in a residential childcare facility at, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and in a clinic working with teens and adults with a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. I am grateful for the breadth of these clinical experiences, as I feel confident working with a wide array of clients--both children and adults-- and with a variety of psychological needs.
