I help any and all clients including children, adolescents, adults and seniors, with a multitude of issues such as suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, grief, career counseling, etc. I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and bring an eclectic stance to my practice.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we will build rapport through getting to know one another and then focusing on specific areas of need to build a treatment plan that works for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a therapist is the amount of experience and training with a variety of therapeutic models such as narrative therapy, Rogerian therapy, DBT, CBT, etc.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with a variety of patients in a collaborative way so that we can build a relationship of trust, understanding and compassion through trauma-informed care.
