In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It’s important for me to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where my clients feel free to explore what is on their mind. It is my goal to help my clients gain new insight about themselves and increased awareness that leads to inner peace and wellness I offer culturally competent care and provide a safe place for all who struggle with life's concerns. If you feel hopeless, we can explore and find your answers together.

I use cognitive behavioral and client centered approaches while respecting my clients’ right to self determination, privacy and competent behavioral healthcare.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My specialties include Trauma and PTSD, Codependency, Personality Disorders, and those healing from toxic intimate and family relationships. Additional specialties include Asperger’s and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Social Phobia and Social Skills Training.
