Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from the California State University Sacramento and have been practicing for 6 years. I help adults and young adults struggling with mental health and addiction disorders to become the best versions of themselves. I have been employed in mental health inpatient and outpatient agencies and addiction program with effective results.
In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, rapport building, then address the presenting problems that brought you to therapy. This will assist me with helping you create a tailored treatment plan to support your goals.
Having been working in the helping profession for many years, I have supported clients from multiple diversities and social platforms. I have an understanding of how environments, people and situations contribute to a persons life stressors. I am compassionate and understanding of an individuals needs.
