Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from the California State University Sacramento and have been practicing for 3 years. I help adults and young adults struggling with mental health and addiction disorders to become the best versions of themselves. I have been employed in mental health inpatient and outpatient agencies and addiction program with effective results.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, rapport building, then address the presenting problems that brought you to therapy. This will assist me with helping you create a tailored treatment plan to support your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having been working in the helping profession for many years, I have supported clients from multiple diversities and social platforms. I have an understanding of how environments, people and situations contribute to a persons life stressors. I am compassionate and understanding of an individuals needs.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages to assist them with understanding their concerns and learning how to cope with the symptoms associate with them. My clients are willing to learn how to manage their symptoms, but don't yet have the effective tools needed to make this goal a reality. Most of the time they have never been able to address their concerns with a trained professional.
