Hello, I'm Christopher Navas, LMFT in California. I enjoy working with people at various stages of their lives and therapeutic process. I work well with teens, young adults, middle aged and older adults. I began working with very young kids, as young as 5 and have since worked with people up until age 85. The last couple of years I have ventured into working with couples as well.
I want you to know that no matter how big or small the issue or issues you are dealing with, you are in the right place and want you to feel comfortable in an unbiased setting.
I don't pretend to know everything, I want to learn with you because I know that there is not a one size fits all approach to my clients
Whether you are a someone that has had a lot of experience with therapy and know what you are looking for or are someone who just wants to give therapy a try, I will meet you where you are.
I help individuals address current problems, manage emotions, and develop coping skills by focusing on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
