PMHNP, 9 years of experience
If you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just numb… I get it. When you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, addiction, or trauma, even thinking about getting help can feel like too much. You might feel like no one understands, or that nothing will change. But here's the truth: you don’t have to feel this way forever. I’ve spent years working with people who felt just like you—stuck, disconnected, and unsure where to begin. Whether it’s anxiety that won’t let up, depression that drains your energy, ADHD that makes life feel chaotic, or substance use that’s taken over more than you expected… I’ve seen how small steps can lead to big shifts.
Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other. I want you to feel comfortable and safe, so we'll start by simply talking. This is your opportunity to share what’s on your mind and what brought you here. I'll listen without judgment to understand your experiences and needs. My goal for this first meeting is not just to hear your story, but to begin building a partnership. Together, we'll discuss your goals and start shaping a treatment plan that feels right for you. You can expect to leave the session with a clearer idea of how we’ll work together and the first steps on your journey toward finding emotional stability.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to feel “ready.” You just need to show up—and I’ll meet you where you are. I’m here. Not to fix you—but to walk with you, listen deeply, and help you rediscover your strength. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. And it starts with one conversation.
I am best positioned to help individuals who are ready to take the first step toward regaining control of their mental health but feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin. You might be feeling a sense of instability or being "stuck". My practice is built for those who are seeking a partner in their journey—someone to provide a clear path forward and the guidance needed to find stability.
Supportive therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the "here and now" by providing emotional support, guidance, and encouragement to help individuals cope with immediate challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Khanh's warmth and easygoing and friendly disposition make her stand out amongst the mental health professionals I've worked with. She strikes a fine balance between the clinical and personal, and as a result I always feel seen and heard during our meetings & never feel judged or dismissed, which makes discussing my particulars feel easy, safe, and, frankly, possible.
