In our first session together, we will complete an intake to find out what issues have been getting in your way lately. We will also highlight your strengths and assess your challenges.

One of my greatest strengths is that I am a lifelong learner. I do not believe that I hold the answers to everything. In that respect, there are no 'cookie cutter ' approaches. We will create together what works best for you.
