Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have been practicing for almost eight years. I support my clients dealing with a variety of issues, such as Anxiety and Self-Esteem. I have enjoyed watching my clients grow and transform their lives. My clients report becoming more productive, having less stress, and an improved sense of well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The goal in our first session is to establish rapport and create an environment where you feel safe and heard. I will begin to learn what you value and what areas of your life you wish to improve. We will start to make a plan for you to reach your desired goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist for the last eight years I challenge my clients to look beyond the surface and deeper into the underlying issues. I use a warm, nonjudgmental, and friendly approach. My goal is to help you tap into your own inner wisdom, so that you can heal, grow, and restore confidence, peace, and happiness to your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who are ready to make real lasting changes in their life. Feeling stuck, Anxious, and having low Self-Esteem are a part of life sometimes. My clients have experienced that change is possible, and that therapy is an opportunity to gain new skills and insights that lead to growth. I truly believe that everyone can reach their true potential.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I have been using ACT in my practice for the past three years. It has allowed me to support my clients to redefine themselves and improve their relationships. We will explore ways that guide your actions toward a meaningful life and help you define your key values. You will learn to accept yourself, and make choices that match your objectives and values.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT therapy has allowed me to support my clients to reduce their symptoms of anxiety and depression. You will recognize and change the disruptive and destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on your emotions and behaviors. I have used CBT for the past eight years. It has given me the opportunity to support my clients to identify their faulty thoughts, challenge, and replace them with more positive and realistic ones.

Supportive

Using Supportive therapy for the last four years has helped me build an alliance with my clients that is collaborative and comfortable. We will build your self-esteem by reassuring and normalizing thoughts and feelings and providing encouragement. You will learn new tools and skills that will help to you to expand awareness and to experience that aha moment!
