Pleased to meet you! I provide individual telehealth therapy to adult clients within the state of California. If you are experiencing symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, family or relationship issues, or enduring a difficult life transition, I would love the opportunity to hear your story and support you. Carrying our pain without addressing it may not only make life less satisfying, but it can take a toll on other aspects of our health. Mental health IS health, and therapy can be medicinal for untangling the mind and heart. I applaud you with taking the first step in exploring seeking therapy! During our first session, rapport building is most important. I gather information about your background, health history, and orient you to what to expect in the therapy process.
The majority of my experience is working with high-needs situations like domestic violence, suicidal ideation, and other forms of risk, but I also have a lot of experience in treating depression, anger management, and anxiety. I am strong in working with adults, transitional age youth, and the military population. My biggest personal strengths when it comes to my services are approachability, and initiative.

I am a trauma therapist. Since the beginning of my education I have worked in high-needs cases, so I take pride in providing top-notch support to people while going through some of their toughest situations, or trying to figure out how to recover from historical trauma.
