Hello! My name is Savanna. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my BSN and MSN at Azusa Pacific University. As a RN, I worked at a psychiatric hospital and at a jail based competency treatment program for patients that were incompetent to stand trial due to a mental illness. Currently, as a NP, I work at 2 medical hospitals doing psychiatric consultations as well as at an outpatient clinic.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is all about getting to know you. We will go over your mental and medical history. We will discuss past treatments, what has worked for and what has not worked for you. I will collaborate with you to develop a treatment regimen that works the best for you.

I am a very well rounded provider with experience treating a wide range of disorders due to my inpatient and outpatient work. I am a very good listener and aim to understand my patients. I truly care about my patients and am always trying my best to find the most effective treatment for them.

Due to my inpatient and outpatient experience, I am well-versed in a range of mental health disorders including depression, bipolar, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD and psychotic disorders.

I have one hell of a story that I have never been honest enough with anyone, especially myself to speak about it. She made an environment albeit she was unable to be my therapist she made it a safe place to be honest so I could see how much help I need and.
