Hello, I am a psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner in California for the last 5 years. Life can be tough and taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I enjoy helping put life into perspective. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD and PTSD. With both a medication and therapy approach, I believe it is possible to bring balance to life. Seriously by far the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. None were the right fit as I didn’t feel understood until I had a meeting with her. I feel heard for the first time in my life.

Finess is genuine, caring, relaxed, solution focused, smart, and a HUGE patient advocate! If I had time I would say MUCH more about how awesome she is! (And I'm a psychotherapist!) You won't find anyone better!
