My treatment methods

EMDR

Primarily used for trauma treatment, but can be useful in other instances client permitting.

Gender-affirming therapy

People that are questioning their gender identity find themselves in a unique place where they feel like no one understands them. Together we can dive into the ways this affects you personally, as well as tackle the societal aspects that come along with it.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is useful to help challenge and change beliefs that can be maladaptive.

Eclectic

I firmly believe in finding the best modality for the client, and I am open to most modalities.
