Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) (LCPC) (LPC) (LCMHC) (LMHC) based in Arizona. I am licensed in various states. I received my Masters from Avila University in Kansas City and have been practicing for over a decade. I have adults struggling with life problems and aid them in regaining control over worry, panic, fear, or dread in order to become the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help us create a plan tailored for you. The plan will be a guide to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having several years of experiences I provide individuals with empathy, validation of feelings, and support while giving direct interactive feedback to create a sensitive non judgmental safe space. While my main counseling style stems from cognitive behavioral therapy, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that also includes solution focused therapy and positive psychology. I would love to be the one to help you on your journey to feeling empowered and balanced.
