In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic connection and creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone. Through this connection, we will collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique mental health needs and goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Throughout my career journey, I have learned the importance of meeting clients where they are and building from that foundation. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, I believe that each client naturally reveals which approaches best align with their current mental health needs. Collaboration is at the heart of my practice, empowering clients to work toward their unique purpose and achieve greater mental wellness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and career-driven professionals who are seeking balance in their lives. I am passionate about helping those who want to improve themselves but feel they lack healthy coping skills and tools to achieve their mental health goals. I work with clients who feel stuck, have lost motivation, or are struggling to find direction in life. Additionally, I support families looking to build stability and strengthen areas they feel need improvement, fostering healthier relationships and dynamics.

Naesha has an easy going personality and listens well. Her professional character is beyond non-biased and offers logical point of views from different aspects to come to a morally acceptable term of agreement to settle a thought that is perplexing. For the lack of better words i occasionally lack, she fills in the blanks with an understanding i may have unconsciously shut out. Often times it takes a listening ear of a stranger to bring about some commonsense.
