What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be an introduction, an outline of expectations, goals, treatment plan, PHQ-9 & GAD-7 scoring as well as diagnoses. Any questions or concerns will be answered & addressed. The most important element will be to determine if a client is comfortable with me as therapist.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am engaging, responsive, verbal, interactive, with excellent listening skills. I validate, support & encourage. I utilize humor & motivational interviewing questions. I work from an inclusive ideology that incorporates a perspective & personal & professional understanding of discrimination, oppression, microaggressions, & disempowerment.
