Hi, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, and I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for twenty years. I work collaboratively with clients to help them get unstuck, and move towards greater authenticity, self-confidence and joy.

First session
In my first session with you, we will focus on what brings you to therapy , we will talk about your background and history, strengths and gifts, and make a plan together on how to move forward.
Strengths
I work with adults 21 years and above. I work collaboratively with clients to find the best outcomes for them. I am fully present for my clients, whom I treat with compassion, focusing on their strengths, gifts and wisdom to find the path towards healing and self-actualization.

When you feel stuck, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) offers effective strategies to get unstuck, and to focus on meaning and doing what matters to you. I have used ACT for over a decade, working collaboratively with clients to get unstuck and create full and meaningful lives. Please note that I ONLY work with adults (21 years and older).
