In our first session we will start with introductions and then we will discuss your symptoms that brought you to therapy and then we will go where the conversation leads us to begin your healing.
My biggest strength is listening which helps me to pick out the things that my be causing you to question yourself on matters that you may already have the answers to. Which helps me to know what path to head down to meet you at journey so that you can begin healing.
