Do you ever feel like your mind is running the show? Spinning with worry, stuck in sadness, scattered with distraction, while your body feels disconnected and depleted? Maybe you've been told, "It's just anxiety," "You're high-functioning," or "Try this med," but deep down, you know there's more to your story. You're craving a space where someone truly listens, where your struggles are met with understanding, not judgment or rushed decisions. I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering integrative, whole-person mental health care. I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, bipolar disorder, insomnia, trauma, and more. What sets me apart is how I approach healing: I don't see you as a collection of symptoms. I see a person with layers, a story, a nervous system shaped by life, stress, environment, and biology. My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and deeply individualized. We won’t just talk about meds, we’ll talk about you. Your sleep, your gut, your hormones, your habits, your hope. I weave in conversations about nutrition, lab work, movement, and even your genetics if needed, because mental health is not separate from the rest of your health. If you’re tired of quick fixes, tired of being rushed, tired of feeling like just another chart—this space is for you. You deserve care that feels like care. Let’s create a plan that moves you from surviving to thriving.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, expect a breath of fresh air, space to speak freely, be heard deeply, and not feel rushed. This is your story, your timeline, and your opportunity to be seen as a whole person, not a checklist. We'll talk about what brings you in, but we’ll also go beyond that. I’ll ask about your sleep, your energy, your routines, your relationships, your nutrition, your past experiences with care. We’ll explore when things started, what’s helped (or hasn’t), and how you’ve been coping. You’ll have space to share your frustrations, fears, and hopes; even if they feel messy or complicated. Many people say their first session with me feels validating, even healing in itself. It’s not just an intake, it’s the beginning of a partnership rooted in curiosity, trust, and personalized care. You can expect me to listen attentively, offer insights, and collaborate on next steps. We’ll begin to develop a treatment plan that could include medication, but also might include labs, supplements, nutritional support, or lifestyle adjustments based on your unique needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all practice. I don’t just treat symptoms, I seek to understand the why. Whether you’ve felt dismissed by the system or you’re just starting your mental health journey, you’ll walk away from our session feeling more grounded and more hopeful, knowing you’ve taken a real, meaningful step toward lasting change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to truly listen, to connect the dots others may have missed, and to treat each person as a whole, not just a diagnosis. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to sessions, creating a space where patients feel safe opening up. I think critically and compassionately, blending evidence-based psychiatric care with a deep understanding of how lifestyle, nutrition, environment, and biology impact mental health. I don’t rush. I take time to understand the full picture and collaborate with my patients to craft plans that are sustainable, empowering, and deeply individualized. Above all, I value being present with empathy, clarity, and curiosity so my patients feel truly seen and supported.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are self-aware, curious, and ready to go deeper in their healing, not just treat the surface. Many of my clients come to me after feeling dismissed, misdiagnosed, or overwhelmed by fragmented care. They’ve tried medications before, maybe even therapy, but they still feel stuck or like something is missing. They're seeking not just symptom relief, but understanding, and a provider who can connect the dots between their mental, emotional, physical, and even hormonal health. Maybe you’re a high-achiever constantly battling burnout. Or a young adult struggling with focus, mood swings, or low energy but unsure why. Perhaps you’re an empath or creative who feels everything deeply, yet feels lost in the noise of expectations. Or maybe you’ve been handed multiple labels: ADHD, anxiety, PMDD, PTSD, and want help making sense of it all in a way that feels human, not clinical. You might be navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, feeling unmotivated and disorganized. You may feel like your hormones or cycles are impacting your mental state but haven’t had a provider take it seriously. Or you’ve been cycling through anxiety, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm and can’t figure out why nothing’s worked. The clients who thrive with me are ready to participate in their own healing. You don’t need to have it all figured out, but you do need to want more. More clarity, more connection to yourself, and more lasting wellness. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as we uncover the root of what’s been holding you back.
