Jack Hazan uses evidence-based interventions to work collaboratively with you to resolve your concerns. He has studied various approaches and techniques proven to bring forth effective results, including internal family systems, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
My style of therapy is more direct and solution-focused than ordinary and outdated talk therapy; I take an active role during our sessions while utilizing more modern and progressive therapeutic techniques proven to bring forth effective results. Some of the modalities I use include sex addiction therapy, internal family systems, LGBTQ+-focused modalities, CBT, DBT, sex therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
